The cleaning was not as through as the first time we used your service. The employee seemed to be in a hurry and did not seem to know of a special offer that was quoted over the phone when the cleaning was scheduled. We were also offered scotch guarding to prevent future staining which at that point was going to up our charges to approximately $300.00 dollars.
Not very pleased this time around.
The technician explained everything he was going to do and the carpets came out great.

The carpets didn't clean as well as I thought with the technology you claim makes the carpets look like new! They dried and "streaked". We have light color carpet which I know is hard to clean however I thought it would look better.
To me your name implies that there will be no residue left behind. I don't feel any residue on my feet when I walk on the carpet, but the chemical smell residue is giving me headaches, and makes the back of my throat scratchy. It has been two days since my cleaning, and I cannot sit in my family room without getting a headache. The day of my cleaning I started wheezing. And no, I do not have asthma.
I like that the company called prior to the technician arriving. The technician, Mr. Edward Wallace, is a very professional man. He described what he was going to do, approximate time to complete the service. I was truly pleased with the outcome.

I am totally satisfied with Zerorex and the cleaning Tommy Watson did with my loveseat. He was so friendly. My sofa looks wonderful. Tommy applied a scotchguard treatment which I know will keep it looking fresh and clean. Thanks Tommy for your kindness, your professional help. If I have any other needs for cleaning I will definitely call and I WILL ask for Tommy Watson. He was also on time to the minute and that is a real plus for me!
