As a property manager, I need things to be efficient and simple. The pricing, the discounts, extra charge for fuel and stains, the gift card was a hassle and the price changed 4 times before it was all done. I would prefer one flat rate that's fair and reasonable so I know how much it will cost my client up front. The technician was very nice and did an excellent job. The carpet looks good and I like the idea of being organic. Not sure we will be regular customers due to the confusion on the prices.

I appreciated someone coming out to "fix" the problem, but I didn't feel that I was informed about the pretreatment protocol you have. Your commercials don't mention that, and make it sound like you only use treated water.
I have chemical sensitivities, and so using any detergents, etc. is a problem.

It dries quickly and leaves the carpet looking beautiful...PLUS...I have now used your company 3 times and each time your technicians have been professional, polite and quick!

When a technician is held up at a job, notify the next customer that he will not be there until a certain time. You then keep the customer informed so they don't think the appointment was forgotten.

The first service provider was late to the appointment. He appeared to be rushing and the job was not to our satisfaction. The second person did an excellent job and now the carpet is clean.

I really like that you use plant-based products and orange peel. The tech explained the process of the very high suction and PSI and that is very impressive!!

My carpets look the same. The technician was in and out within 50 minutes and the job was poorly done. I wish I would have kept my money.

Very friendly personnel, inexpensive for superior service, they got out stains other companies have tried to get out before. I plan to use them again!
