Service technician was very professional and the carpets look great!!
I was quoted over the phone $175, for 29 per room and $4 per stair. Getting hot for $60 each room for a pet treatment pushing my total to 500.00 is what I will be telling my friends

You can get your carpet, furniture, and tile cleaned on the same day.
It's advertised the tile will look like new. I had kitchen tile cleaned last year. It was beautiful, looked like new. I had bathroom tile cleaned this year. This year was a little more disappointing than last. It didn't look as new as last year's results. But overall, I will use Zerorez again in the future.

The air duct cleaning was thorough. I am impresse that the ducts were accessed trough the attic and cleaned every little bit out. The carpet feel and looks new. The tile cleaning was impressive. We were very happy with the detail and effort Justin put into cleaning our home. We can all breathe better!
I had some new stains that they were not able to get out. This was one of the reasons I wanted to try your service. Commercials said they were getting out old stains. since this was new, I assumed it would be easy.
I wasn't really disappointed but the tech told me he put on scotchguard but how do I know that. And he let his truck run the whole time he was here which I am sure is the norm but the exhaust killed our grass along our driveway.
Everything went smoothly as promise except that I was not told that I had to vacuum first but I had vacuum about 1 week before
The care given to my house and belongings was outstanding. We also had the pet protection and odor done and was wonderful.

I HAVE USED ZEROREZ FOR SEVERAL YEARS...THE JOB IS ALWAYS DONE WITH PROFESSIONALISM, FRIENDLINESS AND GREAT RESULTS. I HAVE A LARGE TIELED AREA WITH TAN TILE AND WHITE GROUT. IT WAS IN REALLY BAD SHAPE...DIRT AND BLACK GROUT, STICKY AREAS. THE YOUNG MAN DID A MARVELOUS JOB...I WAS SHOCKED WHEN HE WAS FINISHED...I PROMISE THE FLOOR LOOKED NEW...I WOULD NEVER HAVE BELIEVED IT WOULD LOOK THAT GREAT. AFTER THAT EXPERIENCE I BECAME A LIFE LONG ZEROREZ CUSTOMER. SAME THING THIS TIME AROUND CARPETS THAT LOOK WONDERFUL AND SMELL FRESH.

Put dining chairs on wet carpet. Chairs have metal on bottom of legs. Now we have rust stains on our carpet after spending $272.
