The carpet was cleaned well. It was drenched like other carpet cleaning companies, and it dried quickly. It didn't have any harsh chemical smells.
You sent the same person back who did not do a good job the first time and he did a good job this time.

The employees are friendly knowledgeable and competent. They normally do an excellent job. The first person to come out was way below expectations; however AJ came out to redo the poor job the first guy did and did an excellent job like we have come to expect. I will know to request AJ from the beginning every time we use Zerorez.

Quick and effective
Kevin was able to remove all the stains that we had. Some of the ones that were set in from when we moved in! I am very very excited that we use zero Rez instead of me doing it by myself. It wasn't just the product, it was also the education that Kevin provided.
the technician was wonderful. Unfortunately his truck was not outfitted with enough water to complete the job. The dispatcher supervisor and manager were very unwilling to provide an acceptable solution to the answer until after I got very very upset. Your company does not appear to understand how difficult it is take time off work and that it is not easy to "just come back later in the day". The other solution was to as my neighbors if your company could borrow their water so in essence I am paying for your service plus paying for the additonal water. The last item was your people had the never to tell me it was my fault for not letting them know the wate would be turned off. Perhaps that question should be added to the check list when the customer says "I am moving and want to have the carpets cleaned when I move out.

I was very happy with the carpet cleaning.I like the fact that you don't use chemicals. The carpet was very fluffy and you could tell that it was clean. he worked on the track areas a little longer and they looked so much cleaner.A.J. was very nice I would recommend Zerorez to everyone. No chemical residue, visible improvement, and tolerant, understanding, and diplomatic techs.
Our carpet is older than the tech but he patiently completed the process as well as adding an extra amount of concern for certain areas.
It dries reasonably quickly and lasts a long tine.
Very professional technician. He explained everything up front and gave me all the options with prices and expected results. The cleaning was fast and extremely effective, our carpet looked almost new after he finished.

I really like that the service is done without a lot of chemicals. It is important to me because I have pets and nieces and nephews that crawl around on that floor. I feel safer knowing that I'm not exposing them to harmful products. In addition, the carpets look so much cleaner than any of the competitor services I've tried out in the past (due to big sales offers). I will always come back to Zerorez!
