After using 2 gallons (your agent said) of the special stain remover ($150.00) there are several stains left in our carpet. I didn't think he left it on very long before he started cleaning it but he said he did!

Your tech was so personable. He reminded me a couple of times that the hard surface floors would be slick and to be careful, he wore booties on his shoes, he explained what and why he was doing something, he was clean-cut, his uniform even though it was the end of the day was clean, and his truck was crisp and clean. You are a credit to your profession, I know, I have had other carpet people in my house over the years.

great job, just was a bit surprises how much the scotch guard was, it was as much as the cleaning. I think you should charge less for the extra products like scotch guard especially for returning customers

The technician was not truthful about why we did not receive the service we were due to receive, and, more importantly, he was not truthful about the cash he received for payment. I have already contacted Zerorez about these issues.

I actually called today to explain how dissapointed I was in how the whole thing happened . They were going to have a supervisor call me and I never got called! My bill was twice what I had originally been told it would be so I just think the situation was not handled correctly!

Removes stains other companies didn't. On time, polite, not pushy to sell other sevices. Rugs soft and clean no sticky soap residue. Tile cleaning was great too! Gray grout is white again.
