Left the house smelling fresh and clean.
How well it does the job . The carpets look great after Zeroez!
I liked that the tech was on time, professional, polite and knowledgeable. I liked that my floor looked great and smelled great after it was cleaned. I liked feeling good that my 3 dogs were safe and having peace of mind that no harsh chemicals would be making them or my family sick.

Very easy to set up and schedule. Everything ran smoothly. And floors looked great (both carpet and tile)
Workers came prepared and made every effort to protect walls and furniture. They explained the high- wear and traffic areas may not get perfectly clean due to fiber damage. However final results were very good and the overall work was quite good, efficient and professional.
Edward (the technician) was very knowledgable (explained the process quite well), and friendly, clean and considerate of my new home. He worked thoroughly, expeditiously, and concientiously. I offered him a tip, and he declined it, saying that this was against Zerorez policy. I was very pleased with the whole experience, and would recommend your services to anyone who needs floor cleaning.

I have a brother in another state who owns his own carpet cleaning business so I knew what I wanted when I was looking for a company to clean my carpets. Hot water extraction and no chemicals is very important to me so I was thrilled to find Zerorez. When the technician came to my house, he looked presentable, was able to explain things clearly and answer any questions I had. Best of all, my carpets looked great when he was done!

Loved that my carpets came so clean and they dried so fast.
I was very pleased with the job Edward did. My carpet looks and feels really clean. The drying time was much better than expected. Also had my tile cleaned and it looks awesome.
The two guys were fast although I didn't have very big areas for them to clean. Everything looks good.
Every associate was helpful and friendly. The technician was very thorough and prompt and explained the process. We were very pleased with the results, and will recommend Zerorez to friends and business associates. We will definitely call Zerorez back to clean our carpet!
Get the high-traffic areas completely clean. The guy really tried, but there are still some areas with a gray cast to them.
your company does not use harsh chemicals .and the carpet stays clean for along time.

the guys showed up and we did a walk thru together to look at the problem areas. they were very attentive. I watched them pay special attention to the problem areas, pretreating and cleaning. every room looks like new now!!
I was charged $238.00 and carpet still has numerous spots.
He did not give me the two referrals that I sent your way just last week.
My house has only two bedrooms, two small closets and a living dining room...1200 sq. feet.
I have used you before and never paid so much and been dissatisfied.
What can you do??
I would like someone to try to get out spots and adjust my amount or I will not recommend or use again.
