Fast dry time. Clean fresh scent. Technician was on time and efficient.
Tyrone did a very thorough job. He took his time and got everything clean. Also, he cleaned a chair that was really dirty and it looks like new!
be clearer re tile add on. the tech said it had to be all 1 room but then he offered to do both small bathrooms. also, the promotion was to include a gift certificate to a local restaurant. I have heard noting more about that nor have I received it in the mail

Getting a hold of you to make an appointment was frustrating-operator would transfer me through to the commercial department sometimes, but not other times. The first morning I called she took my number and a technician called me the next evening from his cell, but when I returned his call the next morning he never called back. Two days later I called again to set up an appointment. The day my appointment was scheduled he was an hour late, then when he said he was 10 minutes away he showed up 30 minutes later. I watched him from my office go to the gas station and then to Taco Bell before finally arriving. I woke my baby up and waited 1 1/2 hours for him. Not cool. He did a good job cleaning, but if you don't make a good impression before that you wont make it to too many more cleanings.

That you just use water. That you are easy to get in touch with and schedule. That your technicians don't try to sell the customer things that are not needed.

THE TECHNICIAN, CHARLES, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE CALLED MY ATTENTION TO EACH AREA HE FINISHED, FOR MY APPROVAL. HE DID A FABULOUS JOB, AND CLEANED UP ALL EQUIPMENT HE HAD USED & LEFT THE AREA IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. I COULD NOT PRAISE HIS WORK ENOUGH, PLUS, HE HAD A PLEASING PERSONALITY.

Our Tech Chris was great! Very personable as well as knowledgeable about the process of cleaning, etc. Carpets looked great and we know they will for a long period of time.

Scheduled appointment on Monday morning for Wednesday, did not receive a call within 24 hours as I was told, received a call 10 minutes before. Did not recieve my estillo gaucho card, was told it could take 30 days
Great customer service and technicians are awesome!
Give me a refund! My floor was not clean, I could spray some water on it myself . Also they left 1/2 inch standing water on my floor. They also got my white freshly painted wall all dirty by putting their hands on it! Very unprofessional! Will not use again!
Professionalism, the technician responded well to my special requests.
1. Communication problem w/in Zerorez staff on service that was ordered and time of appointment time. I had appointment for 9/30/14 & I called & cangel led that appointment & rescheduled to next day,10/1/14 for 8:30am. Time was changed to 4-6pm w/no communication w/me to let me know. I had to call & ask why the technician had not arrived @ the 8:30am time.
2. Technician rushed & carpet not cleaned as as well as the last time.
3 Techincian cleaned & charged me $15 for a closet that I was not asked if I wanted cleaned.
3. Technician wanted to charge for extra service (pet treatment) when I specifically told him I was not going to pay for more than what I was initially quoted. Even though I did pay for the unauthorized closet cleaning.
4. Techincian immediately asking for water to drink & I felt that he should be equipped w/his own beverages.
I don't feel that I will ever use Zerorez again.
I was sold a protectant that did not work as expected. After calling Zerorez, I was made to feel like it was my fault by the technician that the protectant did not work. The resolution and the right thing to do was refund the price of the protectant as it did not work as advertised. I will not be using Zerorez again and will be sure to provide other with my negative experience so that they will not make the same mistake.

My carpet always looks new and the professionalism of your technicians. Edward was great! He was very polite and I was very satisfied with his work.
My wife had to tell tech to clean again spot area and coffe stain was never remove in the office but other more difficult mark such my wheelchair
