Price charged was nearly double of quote and even with paying for extra, stains were not removed. Previously a team came but this time one guy came and just wanted to work around my furniture. Was very attached to his cell phone, guess he had something more important than my job. We have called and another technician is coming out Monday. Hopefully things will be corrected.
I was happy with the actual cleaning that it did on my tile!

Appointment was for carpets and the man you sent was very good and would want him if I had another service from Zerorez. I asked him for a quote for our kitchen floor and he showed me an example of the work and I decided to have it done, too. When my husband came in from the garage to the kitchen he was amazed at the difference of our kitchen floor, bright and beautiful. The carpet was nice too but the kitchen was a world of difference in the grout and total floor. Please thank the man that came out to our house again for me. Thanks, Kathy

My carpets look like new again, dried quickly & feel soft! We had a few pet stains & high traffic areas that were treated & look amazing now! I was very impressed with the tile & grout cleaning as well. It is amazing how much dirt & residue from cleaning agents can collect & build up on your tile & in your carpet. I will definitely be using zerorez once a year & will recommend them to my friends & clients! Max did a super job!
No yucky residue left in the carpet which makes it feel dirty. Left with just a clean feel!
The duel-roller machine used before the steam wand helped convince me that the carpets were really being cleaned. Also, the absence of artificial fragrance lent credibility to the Zerorez "empowered water" claim that no surfactant was used in the process. The technician was friendly, thorough, and convincing in his statements about your services. Watching him work, I concluded that he must be a bit weary at the end of the day!
We were quoted $99 plus $10 + tax fuel surcharge for 3 bedrooms and a hallway. The technician charged my employee onsite $161 + tax. We were overcharged by $52. I voiced my concerns with customer service and asked for manager to call me back. To date nobody has called.
I plan to dispute the additional $52 with credit card company

Stains did not come out after two treatments. Carpets were wet for 10 hrs and tech said 3-4 hrs at the most.

I am not one to complain but I am so unhappy. My carpets smell like mildew. Yes you all came back a second time andiI am letting it dry and it's still smell Luke dirty water the firdt guys you sent out. I want a refund so I can call another service that I usually use. Just that I heard youe commecial on my favorite radio station 94.9 I am very unsatised.

The carpets were done beautifully. The technician was friendly and thorough. However, our home had some damage from the hoses in our interior staircase. The drywall was damaged from severe abrasion from the hoses. I have photos that I can supply. I've talked to a contractor about repairing the damage but do not have a firm quote He is to get back to me tomorrow. He told me that he had heard great things about Zeroez and knew that most other companies put up guards so this type of damage did not occur. He thought I should ask whether that was standard procedure and overlooked in this instance or maybe something you all could start doing going forward. I would have spoken up earlier, but I am 9 months pregnant and have been dealing with a few false alarms the last few days and been back and forth from the hospital. I did not noticed the damage until after the technician had left. Please contact me to discuss.
