All natural and stains do t come back unlike with traditional steam cleaning.
I love the way the carpet looks and smell when it is cleaned by Zerorez. Max did an awesome job of cleaning my carpet. He's always so courteous and hardworking. The new guy with Max was good too.

Product: I like the lack of soap residue and the fact the dirt is sucked out of my carpet and house, not just swirling the dirt around. Price was very fair.

There was a ton of moisture in our home after this cleaning. We only had 3 rooms and stairs done this time, but it still had spots of wetness 24 hours later and extreme humidity.

Your tech was late
I called Zerorez because we inherited a house and needed it cleaned and sanitized prior to moving in, due to my severe allergies. The house had a lot of smoke and musty moldy smell that was tearing me up!!
My favorite part was the technician, Darwin!! He took the time to explain the process, as well as allay my fears of allergic reactions to the products. He did test areas, allowed me to be near enough to see if i had a reaction while he went on to another project. He cleaned the ductwork VERY WELL until no more debris came out!! Cleaned and sanitized furniture and made it like brand new!!! And even managed to make the ugly old carpet look and smell great!!!
Our entire house now smells like brand new!!
My current neighbor, Uncle John, has been using Zerorez for a while and liked them, so i figured i would try them. I will DEFINITELY be keeping their number for future use!! And always hope i get Darwin again!! Thank you Zerorez and Darwin!!!

HE DIDN'T REMOVED A STEIN THAT WAS REMOVALABLE IT WAS JUST DOG PEE. HE DIDN'T TELL ME ABOUT CARPET DEODORANT AFTER A CARPET IS CLEAN THEY USUALY DO THAT SO THIS BROUGHT THE SMELL WORSE AFTER IT WAS CLEANED. HE SEEMED TO BE IN A HURRY TO LEAVE DIDN'T ASKE IF I WANTED ANYTHING ELSE.

Our technician was great! I have only good things to say about him, but he needs new hoses. The hose leaked badly and we had a lot of mopping up to do together.

The services was outstanding, the pet odor is completely gone. We didn't have the usual wet pet smell that comes with getting the carpet clean until it dries. Ricardo did an excellent job; we will be requesting his service in the future. He was professional, polite and understood his product and what it could do for us. He explained everything very well and was very mindful of our pets and home. Overall Ricardo provided Exceptional service.
I was lied to about the price. The tech told me one price and then charged my credit card over a hundred dollars more. Took me several times calling to get the issue resolved by manager Lea who was not concerned with the issue at all. To me that is FRAUD!
