More accurate phone estimates. We were quoted $140 to clean our dryer ducts. No mention over the phone about an additional $40 fee to go into the attic. Additionally, we were charged a $10 fuel charge. Shouldn't this be built into your pricing?
Finally, your technicians used our water without asking permission; apparently to supply the water to clean our carpets. Our water is co-op water from Bethesda Water Supply Corp and is actually expensive. Can you tell us how many gallons were used to clean our carpets?
I would like to receive a $60 check to refund the $40 "attic" charge and $20 for our water. We are paying $.05 per gallon for our water and I feel the $20 is reasonable and fair.

I thought Patrick, my technician, did a great job on our carpets. He gave me all of my options and worked with me on price. So far the carpets look great, and we hope that the stains will not come back as they have in the past.
