Carpet looks better than when we moved in. The technician was very hard working, kind and considerate. He has a great personality and listens, which is uncommon in this day and age.

I thought Zerorez claimed to leave no residue, and my carpets don't feel clean and soft, they feel sort of rough, not exactly sticky, but not soft. The other problem is when I put the couch back against the wall, there was a brown spot on the carpet. It's very obvious, so of course it diminishes my pleasure in my clean carpets.

Technician was nice; but spot cleaning was terrible. He even returned to try again. Spots were no better. One large spot appeared that wasn't even there before the carpets were cleaned.
Now the carpets were REALLY dirty so they look much cleaner; just none of the spots came out. I will try spot cleaning myself.

There are scratches on the slate flooring in the family room. I warned them to lift the section of the sofa so as not to damage the slate and not to slide it. It looks like it was slid because there are scratches two inch and a one inch in length that are very visible. I cannot lift the sofa myself to see if more scratches are underneath. Can this be repaired? The cleaning itself was very satisfactory and the workers were very cordial and easy to work with. I was in a hurry to leave when they finished and did not examine the area as carefully as I should have. I was focused on the cleaning done and not the floor.

There is a two inch spot that wasn't removed from my carpet, that disappointed me. There are two other small spots that I don't recall having in my carpet, that appeared after the cleaning was finished. Those two spots wouldn't come out of the carpet, so the technician said.
I expected the best carpet cleaners in the business, including spot/stain removal. I didn't receive that. I scheduled a follow up appointment for another tech to come out and try again on these specific spots. I hope I will be satisfied with the outcome.
I like that it's green and they're not any harsh chemicals used. But I didn't receive my dinner coupon or my $10 off that I was promised.Other than that I was happy
