My expectations were that you would be able to treat, or make less noticeable, the minimal pet odor. It remained after the cleaning and other than a reason it would remain, nothing was suggested by the technician to minimize it.
From your commercials, we did expect more in this area.

1) Everything! It works! No residue left to attract dirt, and carpet dries fairly quickly.
2) The technician took time to demonstrate and explain the patented Zerorez process.
3) The technician was friendly, courteous, and professional, and our carpets looked much cleaner and brighter after he finished (especially in high traffic areas).

Got wax out of carpet

Our tile is a mess with white residue all over and are carpet is still wet after 24 hours; we were told 6 hours.I called today voicing concerns and as asked for a supervisor to stop by. I was told a tech would call me and redo. I told the call center agent, I don't want a 24 hour wet carpet again, just clean the "crap" off our tile hallway and kitchen.
No call received yet.
Just clean our tile and probably lose at least one customer.
Great price and does not have any chemicals in the product
The crew member "Austin" did a wonderful job! He loved working for such a great company. He was very polite and made sure the hard wood floors didn't have any water spots on them when he was done. Give this young man a raise!
There is no smell. The representative who came was outstanding and did a superb job. He worked hard and did an excellent job. The carpet looks like new.

The scheduling process was a mess - somehow my name and email address were tied to the wrong person's information. Also when scheduling, I had told them several times that I had to leave by 3:00...but then got a call that my arrival time would be between 1:00-4:00 (somewhere in there). I was just about ready to cancel the service but I'm so glad I didn't! The technician that came to my home was friendly, knowledgeable and my carpets are the cleanest they've been after a professional cleaning. Your technician and your carpet cleaning method were amazing and for that reason I would definitely recommend you to friends.
I have called 3 times to get my invoice corrected and I have yet to have it resolved or get a call back from a manager. I have explained that I only have 209 feet total of tile that I wanted cleaned and sealed. I purchased a package for 150 square feet to be sealed and cleaned. There is a separate charge for 159 square feet cleaned and another charge for 159 square feet sealed. This is erroneous as it should read 59 (209 sq ft MINUS 150 sq ft in the package I purchased = 59 NOT 159). In other words, since I paid for a package for 150 sq feet this means I should have paid for 59 square feet of tile to be cleaned and 59 square to be sealed. Apparently the confusion is that the package I purchased there is 100 square feet that is cleaned for FREE. So when I call to get my invoice corrected, the employees don't understand that the 159 square feet is an TYPO or ERRONEOUS as it should be 59 to begin with. I had a manager credit me 100 ft for the clean but they won't credit me 100 sq ft for the seal as they believe they are crediting 100 sq ft for the promotion, not the error. I'm beyond frustration and I will not recommend Zerorez to anymore or use their services again.

Prompt in keeping the appointment time. They got my carpet cleaned and all spots addressed. Couldn't be happier. Technicians were thorough and courteous.
