There is a spot now in our dining room that wasn't there prior to the cleaning. Would like for someone to come look at it maybe next week, as we have a house full this weekend.

The service representative (Jay Gonzalez) was outstanding. He carefully looked over the stains and called for additional information to his manager. When the cleaning was completed the carpeting looked almost new. Thank you for a job well done.

If the rating was just about your product and service man, Fabian, I would give you a 10! Unfortunately, I did have a small problem with booking the call. You sent me an email with a returning customer special. I reserved a time through the email you sent, but after a week, I had to call the office. I explained this to the person taking the appointment, but he didn't seemed concerned or apologetic.

THE WORKMANSHIP IS GOOD AND THE TECH'S APPEAR TO BE DEDICATED TO DOING A GOOD JOB. I HAVE USED YOU IN MY HOME AND THIS WAS THE 1ST TIME, IN A RENTAL APARTMENT. SOME STRETCHING WAS DONE, AND THE RESULTS WERE GOOD, BUT, THE FEE, FOR THE TIME SPENT DOING THE WORK, WAS A BIT HIGH, BUT NOT OUTRAGIOUS. THE CLEANING PROCESS APPEARED TO BE GOOD, BUT, WAS RUSHED TOWARDS THE END, PERHAPS IT DIDN'T NEED MORE TIME THAN IT TOOK, IT WAS NOT VERY SOILED, AND IT IS A DARK COLOR, SO, NOT EASY TO SEE HOW WELL IT WAS CLEANED. JUST SOME THOUGHTS, BUT, I AM HAPPY WITH THE JOB. THE TECH DID A GOOD JOB...THANKS

Carpet cleaning was ok not special. We sent our oriental rug to be cleaned. It took four weeks. The technician told us they would touch up the color. That wasn't done. We sent the rug back yesterday for that. We'll see if that is done.

Like no soaps, chemicals being use. The man who clean our carpets was great really a nice guy. And no after smells.

Trevor was courteous, effective, and wanted us to be happy with his service. I liked that the products used are green, and there was no 'weird' feel to the carpet after the service. Our carpet is clean, and the traffic areas are much improved - the carpet is not so packed down in those areas

Great service, nice guy. Got rescheduled on the night of the day of scheduled service to a few days later between 11 - 2 after moving all the furniture, and then when the rescheduled date came around nobody showed up. I called and somebody managed to come that night. Wife stayed home all day waiting. I really need an A/C cleaning. Can't afford the $350, would love a discount.

very good job on old carpets. Miguel was especially proficient at his job.

The Gentleman that came out was very nice and knowlegeable. Almost all stains came out and I like the fact that you use green products. Its better for my pets and myself.
