From the commercial, I expected more of the soiled traffic are and staining to be removed but, I don't see any discernable difference in this process and conventional methods

We like how clean the carpets look and feel. We also like that the same representative comes each quarter if we ask for him. Joshua is professional and efficient. He is kind and understands our needs. There's no pressure - just the facts - and the prices are what they quote - no funny stuff at the end.
The only bad thing is the fuel charge. I would think gas is a cost of doing business.

Even with the pre treatment, pet stains were not removed. When a special light was held over the carpet, all pet stains were still there.

Our carpets are still wet in places in each room and its 33 hours after our technician finished. Because they stayed wet for so long, we have been tracking chemicals on our wood floor since yesterday and now there's a film on much of our wood floor.
On a positive note, our technician was very courteous and worked hard.
