Area near baseboard/wall was not cleaned very well, when all areas were completely dried thes areas did not look any better than before cleaning.

Service Tech, Tommy Watson, went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable- he serviced 2 properties that we own and did a great job. I will ask for him again.
I was not quoted a price for pet stains treatment before they were started. and the technician charged me $120 for 3 spots that were basically in the same area, so my price went from the originally quoted $129, to over $260 somehow. If I had ANY idea that just treating 3 small stains would more than double the price, I would not have used your company. The stains were not cleaned well and all the traffic areas looked the same afterwards. All the technician said was "didn't I tell you how much the pet treatments were?" I feel that I was not treated fairly and was stuck paying the price for your technician not being thorough in his information.

You did not show up both times you said you would. You called the first time and said a truck had broken down but then were late for your 4pm appt.
We have a few stubborn stains, but other than that, fast and friendly!
The level of professionalism was below average. Also, an area on the sofa was missed and a follow up visit was necessary. Not what I expected from this company.
