Each time, the service technician was very professional. I was asked to look at my carpet before they left and to point out areas that needed extra attention. In both cases, I did not notice any areas needing attention while the technician was there and the floor was wet. Everything looked uniform at that time. In both cases, however, I noticed spots that remained after the carpet had dried. Even so, I would definitely use Zerorez again and will definitely recommend the company to my friends. I was impressed that the floor did not take so long to dry. Now, I am waiting for my free restaurant gift card!

Was told the special was a gift card and something with upholstery. When I asked about upholstery the guy said he knew nothing about it. I was told the guy would move up to 50 pounds but he just went around our 2 end tables. They are deep 4legged where he could go through with out moving but chose not to. He was a really nice guy, though he just seemed pressed for time. I was really impress with how clean the tile grout looked after he showed a small sample of how it worked

I feel the service tech did not listen to my request and over charged me. He also was supposed to so a free 100 aw ft of tile which was not done yet he put it on the invoice. I called the office and spoke with Jeff and requested to speak with a supervisor and the call was never returned to me. I have been a long term customer and I am not sure I will continue with this company
