No soap
The carpet was clean and looked brand new
Fast and all of the stains came out.
I was expecting much better results after hearing all the hype about Zerorez on the radio. Fact is, the sofa still has spots on it and the recliner looks no different than it did before cleaning. The armrests were soiled. They did not come clean and there are spots there now that weren't there previously. I'm going to have to try to get them out with upholstery cleaner. In the technician's defense, it was late when he arrived and the lighting in the living room isn't good. I also didn't get my 10% discount but I forgot to ask for it so that's my fault.

The tech was very efficient and did a wonderful job. Like the quick drying and the clean smell.

The representatives are very professional. The results are great and truly prevent spots from recurring in high traffic areas. Our old carpet looks, if not quite like new, as close as you can get.

The time and explanation of cleaning carpet without chemicals by the technician . It was amazing how much dirt was taken out of the carpet.

I call Zerorez based on two different referrals from friends who had recently used your service. But, when I mentioned that, there was no thank you for the friends who recommended Zerorez. I think you should provide some type of coupon for the customers who refer Zerorez. A savings coupon whould guarantee that they would continue to use your company.
I also think that you should make some type of savings available for your first time customers. Anything you can do to guarantee repeat business would be a good thing!
That it is all-natural and does not leave a chemical smell or residue unsafe for children and pets.
The gentleman that came was very courteous and fast. I suppose I was hoping the carpets would be more fluffy and seem brand new after.

On time, friendly, and thorough
This man is wonderful. He had been out before and came again yesterday. I was unable to be there so my parents were there. My Mother and father from LAs colinas said several times how polite and nice he was.
