The technician (Justin) was very thorough in how he went about his setup and the cleaning. I felt that he was truly interested in making sure that I was satisfied with the results.
If all your employees are as personable, knowledgeable and hard working as Charles, Zerorez will continue to be a leader in the marketplace. Charles gave me a quick demonstration of what his equipment was going to do for the carpet on a high traffic area. It was amazing. Charles asked if there were any problem issues... I mentioned cat urine and Charles told me what he could do to address that issue. Although that service would more than tripled the basic cost (~$100 to over $300);it was exactly what needed to be done. Charles worked for almost 2 hours in that room alone. When he finished it was beautiful (and smelled great).
We are now confident that we will be ready for our granddaughter's 3rd birthday party on Sunday.
When we use your service again we will require that you send Charles back out.

Kyle and Craig evaluated the job, explained what should be done and completed the work in minimum time. I had to change the original order from 4 rooms to 2 rooms, there was no problem, Kyle refigured the cost, then went on to do an outstanding job. This carpet was beyond saving, yet the Zerorez process gave it new life. Again, OUTSTANDING!
Edward did a great job and was very courteous. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

First of all, the technician Austin was very professional and worked very very hard. Our issue was that the discolored areas in front of our chairs were not improved by the carpet cleaning. Austin said it is because the fibers in the carpet were worn. The carpet is only 3 years old, perhaps it is not a good enough quality carpet, but it seems hard to believe these places could not be cleaned. Therefore, our issue is not with your technician, it was with the products your company's uses, they do do not do the job! If it makes any difference, your company is the only one to have cleaned our carpet, you cleaned it for the first time a year and a half ago. PS....we were not given the restaurant coupon......

I don't think anything at this point. I have very light carpet and some stains refuse to come up.

The pet stains I hired you to remove looked great when Darwin left my house. But, once the carpet was fully dry I can clearly see they are still there.
I like the steam cleaning w/no soap.
was charged $29 per room (4) although i showed the coupon from zerorez that says 3 rooms for $99, 1 room free prior to cleaning. tech reiterated that i will only be charged for 3 rooms.

The carpets were still damp much, much longer than the three to four hours I was told. Also, some spots disappeared briefly, but then came back after traffic flow started back through the area. That being said, the technician was polite, on time and professional.

EVERYTHING!!! The carpets have not looked as good as they do now, in years. The guys who came out to clean were very nice and knowledgeable, and did a good job. As soon as we get a little extra, my sister and I are gonna call you again, to do the 4 bedrooms in the back of the house. The carpet back there is not as dirty as the front, but it does need to be cleaned also. I really want to say thank you, you are as good as you are advertised as being. I still can not get over how much difference they look.
The technician, was polite, good listener, friendly and giving some tips how to take good care of our carpet. First time I hear from a technician, that vacuum the carpet after two
days of cleaning.

The feature of your product that I prefer is the fact that after cleaning - there is very little, if any, dampness of the carpet. Your personnel are always polite and efficient - they come to the home ready to work with as little as possible of any delay.

The service technician was wonderful. He was efficient and very detailed oriented. However, now that the carpet is dry and I have inspected the problem areas that were treated, there is really only one that was completely taken care of. I still see very obvious stains throughout the house. I know that not every stain can be eliminated, but from your advertising I hear on the radio, one is lead to believe that it can be. Either live up to your claims, or just don't advertise them. To repeat myself, I am not holding the technician responsible for this at all. He was wonderful. I just think your product is not what it is endorsed to be.
I love your professional staff. I have always have had someone who knows what they are doing and is an expert on the product Zerorez .
I love the service, everybody from the customer service operator to the cleaning technician have always been very nice and helpful.
It leaves my carpet bright and soft. Also, the cleaning of the sofa was excellent. It convinced me to keep it another year.
