Professonal, courteous. Cleaned 1/2 of a sample piece of carpet to show me the improvement. Took advantage of the free tile cleaning. The tile hasn't looked this good since I moved into the house in 2000. Of course, I bought the sealing so it will stay that way!

Always great service and I'm amazed how good my carpets look. I have one room that has had anything from automotive grease to dog stains and when Zerorez leaves the carpet looks brand new!

Prompt for appt. conscientious tech
I only wanted the 4 rooms for $99 special. I showed the cleaner what I needed cleaned (which included 2 rooms, a hallway and stairs) for the $99 special and he said he could do it. He talked me in to cleaning 4 other rooms for $30 each. So adding this up in my head, I'm thinking the cost would be around $230 before tax. The total was $320 after tax! He never mentioned once that the stairs were extra - and $60 extra at that! Not only do I feel duped about the added stairs charge, but for the 4 rooms for $99 deal, he really only cleaned 2 rooms plus a hallway. I chose zerorez because I really thought you were a more reputable company. I was really hoping you would be totally up front about ALL charges. But I guess I am still on the lookout for an honest company with no hidden fees.
Usually the carpets have really looked great, but this time, probably because of the age of the carpets, I have had to request someone to give me a better solution.
Miguel did a very good job. He worked to get out stains in the carpet and furniture. I will definitely recommend your service; however I will relate that it is costly.
