Roy the technician was extremely helpful and very polite and professional. He arrived on time and completed work in a very timely manner as well as recommending other products that were applicable to my situation and helpful to family.
Eric, the technician who cleaned my carpet, did a very good job. He was friendly, courteous, professional and gave me some helpful advice. The carpet was very clean after he cleaned it.

Only suggestion I would make is to let clients know that they cannot move anything that is breakable because of liability. When I made the appt. I was told they could move up to 50 lbs. No problem, but would have been nice to know ahead of time.
I paid extra in a room where my new puppy had used the bathroom but the odor did not come out. It's possible it won't come out but I wouldn't have paid extra had I known.
This service was the best I have ever had. Joshua called 30 mins. ahead of the appointment and arrived right on time. He also did something that I've never seen before - he brought protectors for my baseboards/corners and used them throughout the service, moving as needed. This was wonderful! I'm sure he didn't know we just had our whole downstairs including our baseboards painted this past year, but this was very considerate and I truly appreciated it.

Very friendly service. Products didn't leave my carpet crunchy like usual cleanings.
The tech needs to be a little more thorough with his work. He is the expert in carpet cleaner not the customer. It is near impossible for the customer to tell of the stain is gone when the carpet is wet, but the tech should know if he can do a better job or if the stain is truly gone and not just rely on the customers opinion.

What would make it a 10 for me is if someone would call me promptly regarding the damage that was done to our drywall when a picture was bumped on the stairs. We now have a hole in our wall that needs repair. I hope I get a call today. A call on Friday afternoon right after it happened would have been ideal. Other than that, the service was great.
Heavy traffic areas are still showing dark. I don't want anyone coming back in my house.
Our guy came out and was very polite, hard working and even tried to help me fix my own vacuum ! Our carpets look great !

The young lady who took my call offered sincere condolences, and found a way to have someone at my door within hours, that very same day. Max and his partner were extraordinarily understanding, professional, and efficient. They moved quickly and left my home completely clean, sanitized, carpets sparkling. No surprise - I am consistently amazed at what you all can do! Please thank Max again for his words of kindness and inspiration at this time - miles above and beyond his job description Big Max - now there's a keeper!
