Second time I have used zerorez and have been very pleased.

Got tons of dog hair out of my fairly new carpet.
No harsh chemicals. Professional and courteous employees.
Difficult to contact. Took 24 hours for a response back from the online apt request. No local number in Fort Worth. I attempted to explain the size of my house and number of rooms that I wanted cleaned to the person that called me to make an apt, but she was unknowledgeable. The tech arrived for my service and re-estimated my fee from $900 to $1700. This was a clear problem. I was at work because I am a dentist. My housekeeper called me several times to make this clear, and finally put the tech on the phone. I told him to give me a written estimate and that I would need to reschedule. He promptly hung up on me. This was deemed very unprofessional to me.
Carpet cleaning was efficient. However, you took a Korean Oriental from the 1950s to see if
repairs could be done. After 3 weeks, I had to call and no one seemed to know if carpet could be repaired or when it would be returned. It took several phone calls before someone told me the repairs could not be done. Then the cleaned carpet was returned.
The carpet does look newer. My wife asked "why don't carpets always look like this?
One problem: this is the second time you did my carpets and didn't bring the dining gift certificate. That smacks of deception. Why don't you send it with the technician? Do I always have to remind you?
Here we go: I didn't get my dining certificate, sir. What's up?

I love that Zerorez uses green cleaning. The service techs are also always so nice and friendly, and give great recommendations on how to extend the life of the cleaning.

Carpets very clean
Your employee worked very hard and did not pressure me for additional work. He went over my options and suggested the stairs needed done more than one room we do not use and to special treat the bedroom where our pet sleeps. I did not receive a gift card but maybe that comes in the mail. Will use your company again and have already recommend your firm to three friends. Thank you.
The original price per room was reasonable. However, the "upsell" treatment with the "green light" flashlight (because the technician saw my dog) was OVERKILL! I was "taken" by the technician. I was surprised by the price/ per area for this "Pet Treatment was so OUTRAGEOUS. He was certain he was monitored on fluid levels and couldn't make any adjustments for a volume discrepancy --so I felt abused!! I will Never fall for this again!
The result in the Master Bedroom was not up to your standards! The oil stains did NOT come up with the treatment! The technician was ready to leave when he asked me if everything was OK. I had to use MY spot treatment to get these spots lifted!! No reduction in price was made for this!
Generally, the treatment was OK--however, next time I will ONLY have the basic treatment done!! Maybe next time I should call someone who is not on a commission!!

Remind with coupon what you get
Your company associate used to much water on tile floor. My base cabinet has been in my home less than 1 year. I have plenty of documentation to prove this point for my entire kitchen was remodeled from to ceiling less than a year ago. The base cabinet absorbed the water and has swelded, buckled and come apart. It is now 2 business days and I have not heard from Zerorez about the the repair or what they are going to do resolve my base cabinet issue. On the visit, I was suppose to receive a Brazilian steakhouse voucher and the associate did not give it to me nor did he give me the customer copy of the receipt that I signed. Funny thing is the check that I wrote for the service rendered has been cash by Zerorez. I think my next step is for me is to discuss with lawyers about what are my options since Zerorez failed to contact me about resolution.

the floor did not dry to as clean as i was told. your person was running late and it was late when he got there. several spots are still dirty. i guess i expected to much.
They worked! We've had the carpets cleaned by other companies and there were stains that were still very visible. Zerorez got them out!
Better understanding upfront (during the scheduling of the apt) how much more it costs to treat cat urine problems.
