The clean was ok but not what I expected for the price I paid. .. there is a musty smell now that was not there before. .. won't use you again

I've never seen my bathroom tile look cleaner - Since I bought this house. Carpets and rugs were dry almost immediately and smelled so fresh!

I have already contacted the zerorez office. The technician left a small end table on my wet carpet without the square sponge pads. When I lifted the table to move it back to it's place, I found 2 stains on the carpet made from the legs of the table. Sadly, these stains are located at the entrance of the dining room. The technician also cleaned my kitchen and breakfast room tiles. When they dried, the grout is now discolored in places, making the grout look dirty. My carpet and tile are only 4 years old and both are excellent quality. It does not get heavy use since it is just my husband and me. Now, I have a stained carpet and a ruined tile floor. Hopefully, the second technician who is coming on Friday can solve the problem. I had originally scheduled Kiwi carpet cleaners but I cancelled that appointment after hearing a raving review for zerorez on the radio. Needless to say, I am just sick that I made that decision. Last night, the dining room carpet was also stretched leaving a lump. I do not know if that problem has been resolved since it has completely dried. So, that explains my "0" rating.

My carpets are cleaner and softer than they have been in many years. I am completely satisfied.
Carpeting was cleaned and technician did a good job at upselling. I'm just frustrated that in previous appointments I was sold grout cleaning and what I expected was for my grout to look like they did when they were new. What I have now is grout that is VERY dark in the areas they worked on and then if I were to sell the home and furniture was moved, the original grout is VERY light. My ad with this cleaning said 100 sq feet of grout cleaning and that was never mentioned. He cleaned a chair. I think I'm on my own for finding the pool chemical cleaner that the gentleman used and going back to try and get the rest of the grout to match... I won't be using Zerorez again or recommending. I don't want a callback.
Love how it did not leave my carpet wet, feeling crunchy and NO smell. And our technichian was FANTASTIC!! He had a great personality, offered us other options and gave us A+ service. We will be definitely be asking for him on our next service!
