The carpet did not come clean and it wasn't even that dirty
Pricing for additional services was expensive & office personnel changed the pricing several times. The tech was very nice & did a good job.

Which time? First time was "0" because of the salt residue left on the entrance hallway and kitchen tile and it took a week for you to clean up the mess. The clean up was good but it never should have happened in the first place.

We have an old rug and you did a great job with it. I don't understand why tax was added to the bill - you do not tax labor!
When the tech says they will come back to take care of it, they should be more accommodating when it is necessary to do so.
You were not willing to substitute free tile cleaning for cleaning additional carpet. I do not have tile in my house. I have not received the free Estilo Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse Gift Card, $50 value.

I expected the spots I had to be pretreated, and some of them were still left afterwards. I'm planning on going back to my former carpet cleaner.

No chems, the staff has always been polite and detailed. I have many allergies, many chemicals. The last company before I found out about zerorez hated doing business with me cause they had to completely rinse my carpet with pure water which wasted their time. Zerorez is the best and if you have family or yourself with chemical allergies zerorez is the one company you can call on.
I love the cleanliness of my carpet. The technician as nice. I have tiles in my house as well. After the work was done my tiles were dirty from the hose that was used. I essentially had to steam clean my floor. I have a small child that crawls and eats off the floor. Also the technician should wear a shoe booty as well.
I also bought that steam and mop package that was offered for $99. My understanding was complimentary "Zero water" for life. I don't believed that was presented to me correctly. I speak English fluently and understands house hold economics. I discovered the whole truth about the steam and mop package when I called Zerorez to replace the leaking container of zero water. Bottom line it does not make economic sense to purchase the package when the water will cost me about $20 when I needed. I cancelled the purchase. Please present the whole truth to your clients. I plan to use Zerorez again my for carpet cleaning needs but I will NEVER buy anything additional from them. Hopefully, I can get some additional coupons from them for next time.

Your billing leaves alot to be desired, as a matter of fact I am on hold right now trying to get my invoice straight. In February you cleaned our offices, someone came out & measured, we had 3416 sq feet. We were billed for 7001 sq feet. I called to advise I was short paying the invoice. Months later I get a call requesting balance due on the invoice. Another person came out & remeasured.
I scheduled our cleaning this month & spoke with Jeff in commercial accounts, advised him of our billing issues & requested he make sure it was done correctly. We just received our invoice for 8000 sq feet for $2165.00. You all cleaned the exact same amount of carpet that you did last time. This is ridiculous, it is not my job to do your billing. You all do a great job cleaning carpets, lousy job at invoicing. I have called & left a message for Jeff this morning to get this invoice taken care of.
I can't tell any difference in the grout of my tile after being cleaned. My tile is only three years old and based on my previous experience with having my grout cleaned on much older tile I was very disappointed. I paid extra to have the grout sealed (I decided to do this based on my previous experience) and now am so sorry I decided to do that. The man who came to clean was extremely nice and professional. No complaints there.
