The following comments were submitted by our customers when asked to provide feedback on our service. First of all, the technicians that came out were very nice. Felt very comfortable with them in our home.
The problem I have is basically with pricing plus there were two areas in two separate rooms that weren't cleaned. Charging 30.00 to clean the room and an additional 30.00 to protect it is high for the small rooms that we have.
I was told that we would get upholstery for free, however, it turned out since our sofa is 7 ft long we would be charged 75.00 so I opted out.
We were also told we would get a 50.00 gift card to Fullers Jewelry. Totally useless for me. Two days after cleaning in a valuepack you are offering a 50.00 restaurant gift card which is a lot more useful.
So, our total was 265.00 to clean and protect the small rooms in our house. Will not likely call again because I feel it can be done cheaper with the same results.
Be sure all techs are well trained. While our first one was nice, he apparently left too much water in the carpet. It took more than 6 hours to dry and left a brown stain/residue in one area. The second technician put more water on the area and didn't get rid of the discoloration. The third tech chose to use a treatment he sprayed on and then wiped off w/a rag. That did it. The brown stain is gone!

My house and carpets did not stink before I had the carpets cleaned. Now my house and carpets smell like a wet dog. Very unhappy.

Your guys were friendly and on time ... and hilarious, too! Two arrived, and they obviously enjoy their work. That made it fun to invite them into my house.

This is the 2nd time i"ve used ZEROREZ and it is the best results I've ever had.
Fabian was courteous and efficient and did a good job.
Also I like that, according to Mike Rogers on KRLD, I will receive a $50 gift card from Fullers Jewelers, which I have not received yet.
The products used took care of the problem and Ron was excellent in working to get the stains out. He even came back to clean a second round when some faint stains were still visible. Very friendly, professional and hard working!
A $10 fuel charge. $140 to clean the couch....15 minutes. $120 for pet treatment....5 minutes. And I don't think it looked like it had been cleaned. Well, we tried you.

I feel the pricing is fair. The technician was very polite, friendly and efficient. I am always pleased with how my carpets look afterward. I was very unhappy with how my appointment was handled. I had replied to an email from Zerorez--and requested a morning appointment. When I was called, we set an appointment for the morning. But when I received a 24 hr reminder, my appt was set for the afternoon. I indicated that I was not happy about this, as I had moved my work schedule around to be available in the morning only. The customer service rep was very polite but indicated there was nothing she could do. I requested to speak to a supervisor, who was not so polite, and said the afternoon was the only thing available, unless I wanted to try another day. I indicated that this was not acceptable and that I had requested a morning appt on two occasions (via email and when booking via phone) I was very upset by this and considered cancelling my appt all together. I'm not 100% sure I will use Zerorez again after this negative experience. I will say that the day of my appt, everything went smoothly and the tech arrived right at 1:30, which was a nice surprise. I gave a rating of 9 because I felt the tech deserved that. I would have given the booking/schedule part about a 4.

I have used Zerorez in the past and been happy with the service, what bothers me about my last service was that the tech was asking for a tip even before services had been rendered. I am in the service business myself as a paint contractor and just wonder where my business would be if all my employees showed up to do a paint job with hand out asking for tips! I hope you can resolve this issue discreetly for the interest of all concerned otherwise you will continue to lose customers.

I love my tile like I did when it was new and my grout lines sparkle. My carpets look and feel clean, it feels so good to know that my home is fresh and sanitized. The two gentlemen that came were friendly and professional. They did an amazing job!
I was impressed by my technician, Max Reviere; he did a great job and made sure that I was aware of every step of the cleaning process. My carpets look great(and they are old) as does my tile backsplash in my kitchen. Max made sure that I understood how important it was to the company to completely satisfy me. There are so few times that a person has this experience with anyone anymore. I highly recommend your company.

Your scheduling is deceptive. When I made my first appointment online over a month ago, I asked for first afternoon. Then I received a call stating my appointment would be between 4-6 p.m., so I canceled. This time I called in and spoke to a representative and asked for morning and was told I could have the first appointment slot, probably arriving between 8:30 and 9 a.m. When I got the confirmation call, it had been changed to between 11 and 1 p.m. What happened to a call when the technician is on his way? He arrived around 12:40 with no call in advance. When I communicated to him that I was unhappy with the Company scheduling, he responded that he could leave and I could reschedule another day. I said absolutely not, that we had done all the prep work and that was not acceptable. So he proceeded although not happy about it. Tonight at 10 p.m. the carpeting in one room still has definite heavily dampness. I don't believe you can make this right at this point.
I love how my carpet looks and feels after you have cleaned it! My sofas look beautiful. I never thought I would have my sofa cleaned and now I am SO happy! They look so good!
