The representative of your company who came to my home was very nice and explained what he was going to do and suggested something he could put on the places where my dog had urinated. I wish I could have afforded two of the bottles bit the one he did use helped with the biggest area.
The quality of the work and the expertise of the associate, is very good. Those who answer the phones, need to be educated to let the customers know, over the phone, that there is a base price with additional. charges for extra services thay may be added tothe quoted price little, which can be a bit misleading when you think you're going to be charged a flat rate.

Fast work, arrived on time, no pressure for extended services
Technician was great, but not excited about the end result. The rooms were not deodorized, and that service was not offered. The house now smells like wet carpet, even after 24 hours.
