Overall the job was just satisfactory. I've used your company several times with excellent results but this one missed the mark. I some areas the carpet was saturated. Still damp after 24 post cleaning, even with ceiling fans on. When I used the vac this evening, I had a difficult time getting the steam marks (tracks ), out in some areas without going over it again and again. Don't know if the machine was turned up too high or what. The tech worked very hard in the bathroom working on the grout. After completion, there were some areas that were missed. Some of course were in hard to reach areas but some minor spots left out in the open. It actually makes it look worse since the rest is clean. The tiles have lost their shine and are dull. Don't look like the rest of the tiles in the house. I shall re mop and see if I can get up whatever was left behind. Maybe each tile will look the same THO the dullness will remain. What is a safe psi to set the machine on? The truck did NOT have a sprayer to put on a sealer. Seems like trucks would have an inventory and checked before the start of each work day. In a previous one of the techs broke off a baseboard door stop which I had to replace. This visit the tech bent one of the baseboard stops but I was able to straighten it out.
I needed my carpets cleaned as soon as possible, and the staff worked hard to fit me onto the schedule. The tech was polite and on time, and very thorough.
The products were good the service was impeccable. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he going to do before he did it , we had the walk-thru and he explained what he did and listen to see if we had concerns and if we were satisfied. He is an asset to your company. When we call for services again, please send Edward.
Service was phenomenal and the result was amazing.
The technician came out and treated the 2 main areas in question, but there are still many small areas that are not satisfactory. My main complaint is you advertising and your exhorbitant cost. Truth in Advertising. Have you ever heard of that? I think not. Again, it is not the fault of the technician. He was very meticulous and thorough. I think the bottom line is that your product is just not what it's cracked up to - at least according to your advertising. I still am not satisfied. There is really nothing else to be done except that I will tell everyone I know never to use Zerorez. Period.
first time we had carpets cleaned professionally and Miguel explained every step of the procedure to us. even the raking was new to us and we liked the results.

Your carpet cleaning is great! I will use your company for that again and will also recommend it.
On the other hand, your "in-house" area rug cleaning is awful; I might as well have burned the $160 I paid. I will never use that service again.
You also took an area rug back to be cleaned; I have not unrolled it yet (they offered, but I need a new pad), but from what I can see, it appears that you did I nice job. I will let you know if I find out otherwise.
In summary, your carpet cleaning is the best I've used and I will use your company again. I will not be using your company to clean area rugs.
Our technicians were very friendly and courteous!! Could have done without the 100 sq ft of tile cleaning. Not sure what I expected, but all easy to wipe up spots remained after "cleaning".
The service was fast and affordable. The carpet looked great and we were very pleased.
