Kick and easy, and the carpet dries very fast, and looks almost like new. The service technician who did our carpet was very friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.

We liked process and the fact there were no chemicals. William was very good and personable. This is the first time we have had our new carpet cleaned and I did have a couple of concerns. Not knowing how your proces is suppose to work, I was surprised at the speed in which the task was done.....based on my home cleaning, I guess I would have expected William to have gone slower. I did not feel my baseboards should have been hit so much but did not seem to be any marks from it. We had been told it would dry in 2-3 hours but actually took over 7 and this was with numerous fans and the air cranked down to 68 as suggested. Overall, we were very pleased and the main stain we had was taken out.
