I am very impressed with service and results. I have used other carpet cleaning service in the past. But Zerorez is no match. My carpet looks like new. Service tech was very nice before service he inspected carpet thoroughly and explained about service. He tried hard to remove tough stains. I am completely satisfied with results.
The first appointment i made just to get an estimate (i waited for more than a week for the appointment). the person was scheduled to show 4-6:30; the office called a 6:15 to say the guy was just finishing up and could be at my house in a half hour. i told them i would reschedule. the 2nd appointment to get an estimate, the guy does show. he gives me a quate and says it's an "all day job", but he will come back at 8:00a two days later. he doesn't show up, doesn't call - nada. At 1:00p, he finally calls and says he is "on the way". i told him not to bother as no one is home. he tells me "the office" called to reschedule and we pushed 1 to accept. BS - there was no call on caller ID.
i have never seen such a bunch of ninnies. you guys waste a whole lot of money advertising...

Zerorez cleans the carpet without residue and the whole house smells so good when they are done. It is wonderful! I have actually recommended Zerorez to a friend Jana Arey. She loved the service as well.

The customer service was great. The guy that came to the house was a big help teaching us about what we needed to get the floors in our hour clean. The only problem I had with zerorez is that it seemed to expensive. I ended up spending a lot more money that I had planned. That might have been my fault due to the lack of research on my end. Overall it was good and we will use zerorez again

The products that were used on our carpets for the general cleaning were amazing but when he spot treated the pet stains that was the icing on the cake! The man that came out to clean the carpets was patient and very knowledgeable of the products!! Wonderful product and incredible worker equals a fantastic company!! Thanks again.
