Very professional, did the job to our satisfied.
I had to wait 14 minutes to talk to a person. Then when I tried to call and talk about when you were coming two different times. I always got a recording. Then they gave me a window and I thought they said from 1 to 4 which was fine. I thought the would give me a 30 minute time right before they were here. I got a call and the guy said I'm at your front door!
Reasonably priced and cleans carpet withou all the chemicals others use, leaving in the carpet to attract more dirt.

Stain in living room carpet not cleaned or addressed in any way. Your customer service agent was rude and refused to offer any assistance. Technician never called to ask about removal of stain. Bad service all the way around.

Very timely. Very professional. I was a bit disappointed about the hidden charges that weren't explained to me before. It appears that pet stains were form the last time you cleaned the carpets and they reappeared. I don't care to keep paying for the same service when it wasn't removed the first time. Otherwise everything ekse was grest

Didn't really clean the spots we had. Plus we asked for the Dave Ramsey special but the invoice we received seemed to not reflect that.
Our carpets were restored to like new condition! We had a nasty stain from a child who has been sick in the night and Zero Rez was able to get the stain out!

I've had two technicians who did not do a good job. It seemed as if the stains (from water) were gone, but after a week or so, they had returned. I requested they not come back, but because of that, I'm a little leary of recommending the company.
The technician was very informative and explained why we might want to do the pet treatment. The cost for that was higher than I would have expected, but we wanted to be sure our carpets smelled fresh (no pet odors) when he finished, so we went ahead and did the pet treatment. Because the weather was very damp the day the carpets were cleaned (yesterday - Thur 12/4), it has taken much longer for them to dry, and some areas are still a bit damp, even though we have run fans to help dry them. But overall, they look much better. My daughter used your services and recommended Zerorez to me. Thanks.
On the first trip, the carpet stair fronts were not cleaned well. The second time, they did a thorough job. I am not convinced that all of the dirt comes out with your method.
The carpet is softer. I do not feel residue
The first time you came, I was not wild about the technician. This time Beny did a really good job! He is really a conscientous employee and I commend him.
Jamie came out and was able to give me information about cleaning other areas of the carpet/ couches/ grout. I was able to get quotes on all of those and he was very friendly! I would recommend bc they offered other products too, but I was able to say no, without feeling like I was getting bad service.

You are very meticulas and walk and see where the spots are and if the spots don't go away the first time you treat them again until they are gone.
Most other rug cleaners will say the spot can't come out.
But you have ways to treat the spots that they vanish.

Great worker who cleaned my carpets. Carpets looked very good.
I had a couple of dogs so i had some potty stains and orders. After your tech got done no more stains and my house smells fresh again. I am not ashamed to have compsny over now.
