I was real pleased with the cleaning in Nov. 2013, so I called back for cleaning in Oct. 2014. However, during this last service, there were dirty streak marks left all through my flooring. Why? Is that from the raking after applying the protective cover, or is that from the sweeper/cleaner?

Thank you for agreeing to come back to clear away the dirt marks. Hope it works.

2. Although your ad indicated you have the best prices, I ended up paying way more than I've ever paid any competitor.

Your service workers are courteous and thorough. Though it takes at least 24hrs for carpets to dry thoroughly.... Not the four hours told.

Return to redress problems with spotting which returned on my carpet.

Patrick seemed very knowledgeable about the problems I mentioned, and recommended several alternatives to address those problems.

Second visits should be less expensive....if within 2 weeks.

Marks were left all over the chaise lounge that was cleaned.
The carpet is not fully soft. I still feel the residue of old gunk from prior vendors' cleanings.
Can either of these issues be remedied?

The result and efficiency of the work done. Just this one time Charles forgot to put the chair back on the floor before he left the job site. He had put it on the bed and it was rather heavy ( lazy-boy recliner) for me to handle. I got help and all is well. He did a fine job.

I like the professional and friendly people I have dealt with via telephone and the technicians who come to do the actual work. My carpet is dry in a few hours and not soaked with water and chemicals.

After the first cleaning, my two-year old carpets had streaks. They have been cleaned twice since then. They continue to have streaks and look worse they did prior to first Zerorez visit. A Team Lead came for s fourth visit and said he did not recommend cleaning a fourth time; he was to talk with his manager and get back to me. After not hearing back for a week, I called October 24 and spoke to a manager who said she would look into the situation and get back to me. I have heard nothing back.

Professional, friendly and thorough. the technicians take their time, don't rush through the work and welcome the feedback after the work has been done.

I thought everything about it was great. I certainly like the young man who came to clean my carpets.

I appreciate Max he did a great job. I used Zerorez the last time, but the technician didn't use the "dog hair grabber", which I asked Max how long they have been doing this and he said about 5 years. He was so sweet apologizing for the previous technician who cut corners to save time. I appreciate Max's work ethics and honesty. I hope he stays with you guys so I can request him again.
