Leaves the carpet clean and it lasts

While my carpets looked practically brand new while the carpets were wet, unfortunately once they dried, I discovered that I could still see several stains / spots. This was particularly disheartening given that I paid extra for stain removal and topical pet treatment. I would appreciate it if you could come back out and clean them again, perhaps with more focused attention, and without any additional charges to me.

My carpet was really wet and some spots were still damp the next morning.

My rugs after they where cleaned do not lie flat on the floor. I have called for different times and keep getting the run around. A man came out to look and took pictures and said he would have someone call me the next day, that never happened. I called again today and the woman said someone will call me tomorrow. I have no idea how they will fix my rugs.

The service was EXCELLENT! Austin did such a great job on our carpets.

Maybe a little less expensive but I'm pretty happy with results. Possibly a couple of the spots where stretching was done didn't come out but the tech said it would continue to shrink for a couple of days so I won't know for sure for a couple more days.

I told the guy the reason I wanted the carpets cleans was to get rid of the pet oder in the carpet for the homes previous owner. The carpet still smells the same today.

Joseph was amazing. He made a total assessment and explained his recommendations---then did an incredible job. He was thorough and finished must faster than I expected. He did our kitchen tile and the difference as stunning. The carpets were immaculate when he finished---a big job since we had added a puppy to our family last year. When he left, there was no mess and only clean floors.

You just use hot water, no detergents

No chemicals, easy to schedule

first time I used you the Fullers gift card was never presented. Second time, the tile was not cleaned. I wanted to see how it looked and then have all the tile done. Also, the estimate of $210 grew to over $400 - including charging me $60 for a hallway that in square feet was less than any room that was done for $29.99 and another $60 to clean an 8 x 10 rug. Overall, feel like you did a great "bait and switch".

Randy was amazing. He has cleaned my carpets before and always does a great job. My house was rented out for 15 months and it was black (normally cream). Zerorez did a restoration on it and it looks new again. I will never use anyone but zerorez to have my carpets cleaned

Considerable improvement on very old carpet, including pet stains. Not perfect but impressive.

All of the equipment was clean, and no smells during the process or afterwards.
