I wasn't as pleased as I had hoped with your Zerorez process. The. Carpets were cleaned, but some really dirty areas could have looked better. I ended up using my hydrogen peroxide/ammonia spot cleaning mixture to get those areas cleaner.
Scheduling the carpet cleaning was handled very professionally and your staff gets a "10" for excellent communication and follow-up. The service person was prompt and thorough. I couldn't be happier with the job done. Name removed
Explain more about all the extra fees. It sounded like a great deal until you actually got to the house to do what we needed done. We probably won't use you again because you are truly too expensive for us. And the carpets don't look all that much better. But our carpets were 20 years old, and he said up front that he probably couldn't improve them much. and he was right.
The carpets were to damp to put anything back for 2 days!!!
The tech kyle was awesome and go your communication prior to service provider as excellent.
Our tech did more than any other tech/company has done. Price was reasonable and results were very good.
Promotion I called about was 4 rooms paid, 1 free. I forgot when he'd arrived and he never said anything. Then I noticed on the receipt said I'd declined the 5th free. It's frustrating he didn't ask me, so the service could've been better.

The carpet cleaning made a huge difference not only in appearance, but also how it feels on bare feet and room odor. We are very impressed with the cleaning results. My only caution would be to verify whether the appointment made is AM or PM time. Zerorez is cleaning up DFW 'round the clock, one carpet at a time. Thanks for the great job!
The service person ran a blue light over my carpet showing alot of urine...but I have no proof that what you did actually cleaned most of it up and we paid a considerable amount of extra money. I didn't think till after he left, but he should have gone room to room and showed me that the extra money I paid actually cleaned all of the urine up. Now the problem is my husband feels we were manipulated into paying more for a service that we don't know if it worked or not.

So far we are very pleased. We are waiting to see if the stain come back.
