Your workers were so polite and accommodating. They explained everything and did not seem to mind answering my questions. My carpets look amazing!!
The operator was very personable and took care to protect our home as he brought in hoses and tools.
My only disappointment is how long it took for the carpet to dry. In a prior Zerorez cleaning, the carpet was dry by late evening. One area cleaned was still damp at dinnertime tonight, 30 hours later. I had all ceiling fans running, the house AC fans on, and two portable fans as well.
Tech did not call 30 min. Before arriving . I left work early to get here. Then he wasn't able to do the job and we had to wait 2 more hours for a tech to arrive.

I appreciate that the technicians are always professional and congenial--and prompt, calling ahead when they are on the way.
The process works--so well that they removed large stains on one carpet that I was certain would have to be replaced. The carpet seems to stay clean longer.

We have an issue with stains on my carpet caused by the technician. A technician has been to my house 3 times now. The last report by a senior tech is that there is nothing more that can be done. We have called the company to discuss our dissatisfaction but we have yet to hear a reply from anyone. I am very, very upset that my beautiful carpet is now stained only because I used Zerorez. I chose Zerorez after hearing a raving radio review. Oh, how I wish I had never heard that advertisement. I am a totally dissatisfied customer and this problem needs to be resolved.
I asked for a couch to be moved, specifically, and they didn't.

Fabian was the best technician I ever had in our home and I have been using Zerorez for years. He did a fantastic job on carpets, tile floors and couch and chair. Very pleasant and patient .
Service is positive and friendly. Products did make my carpet look better.
I love that Zerorez doesn't use any harsh chemicals and that there's no yucky residue left behind. The carpets are truly clean afterward and I love it.
Stains were still evident and did not like all of the rake marks on the carpet

No soap, qualified tech
Some of my family deal with allergies and Zerorez is the only company whose products do not have any negative effect for them. Our carpet is clean without any chemical smell and the "clean lasts longer than any other type cleaning I have ever used.
We have used you for several years and will not use anyone else!
The products really clean the carpet and stains do not reappear. The serviceman was professional and met all my requests.
On time and the work stated is the work done and it looks great!

scheduling...appointment was made for 10a...after no show by 11am called and was told not made for 10a but 4-630p (never confmd 4-630p) and was told would be given call 30 min prior to arrival...never received call...worker arrived at 3pm! very disorganized!!!! worker was very courteous and professional and very satisfied with cleaning
my carpet looks brand new... you do such a thorough job!
Chris was very professional. I had to have him come back a second time because of a stain that happened and he once again did a great job. On first visit he explained the process in more detail and discussed how the process extracts odors etc from carpet. He also discussed how he could clean my tile and ended up doing my tile kitchen as well on first visit. My carpet is only a year old and the process made it smell and look like new again.
