technicians need to pay more attention to spots and take more time in those areas. I had some very simple non stained spots return after drying.
I have had Zerorez out before and was very impressed. This time was different the carpet was very wet and took until the next day to dry. After it dried I noticed some spots and now it has been a week and it seems even worse very disappointed. I would like a call on this matter. Phone number removed Name removed
I have used other companies and have not received the best results like i have from Zerorez. Your technicians are extremely knowledgeable and do a great job cleaning my carpet. I highly recommend your product and services!

Friendly, hard-working crew who genuinely seemed to want to do their best for us.
I was not satisfied with the cost of the pet odor treatment for what we received. The last time we had this service thru Zerorez, it completely removed any smell. This treatment seemed to just make it worse.
No chemicals used and technician was very good
The attention to detail was wonderful! Jesus was very patient in explaining things to me and allowing me time to think about what I wanted. I've already been recommending Zerorez and will definitely use them again!

I do not agree with the statement from your tech that my carpet was in bad shape the carpet was installed new in March of 2006 and I have had it cleaned before over the years and I do understand there are wear patterns. For this reason I am only going to give you a 5, I feel that your tech said this because he wanted to cover himself for any dissatisfaction that we might have with cleaning job. If my carpet was in that bad of shape I would replace it.
Staff was friendly and efficient and did not leave a mess. Carpets dried quickly.
Getting the appointment set up was an easy task and the young lady on the phone (sorry, can't remember her name) was very polite and professional.
The technician who came to the house, (Ryan) was five minutes early. He saw there was a problem with the equipment on his truck, so before he even came to the door, he called for assistance. He informed me of this after he introduced himself and apologized. There was already a second truck on the way to the house by the time he rang the doorbell. Ryan was very professional in his attitude and knowledge about the company. He took his time and explained everything he would be doing step by step. Ryan worked diligently and did a wonderful job. He did a final walk-through with me. I was quite pleased with Ryan and Zerorez. Thank you.
No chemicals
The carpet seemed a little wetter then I expected when the serviceman left. We left town about 4 hrs after it was cleaned and I came home to a very musty smelling house. I did not expect this.
The service technition was very polite and efficient! Plus, our carpets look great!

The advertisement on KLTY radio gave me the impression pet stains would come clean. I was quoted a price and found out after the gentleman arrived it would cost a lot more per room to pretreat for pet stains. I agreed and the carpet at first looked really good but the next day the spots had a light orange look and appeared slightly more visible than before. I was told cleaning the pet stains was not guaranteed but the radio ad didn't give me that impression. I can only recommend zerorez carpet cleaning to those who don't have pet stains.
I will say that the man who came to clean my carpet was very professional and I thought he did a great job. I just wish the radio ad didn't mislead me.

The cleaning process, it uses steam under high pressure which allows for deep cleaning and quicker drying time.

I wasn't as pleased as I had hoped with your Zerorez process. The. Carpets were cleaned, but some really dirty areas could have looked better. I ended up using my hydrogen peroxide/ammonia spot cleaning mixture to get those areas cleaner.
Scheduling the carpet cleaning was handled very professionally and your staff gets a "10" for excellent communication and follow-up. The service person was prompt and thorough. I couldn't be happier with the job done. Name removed
Explain more about all the extra fees. It sounded like a great deal until you actually got to the house to do what we needed done. We probably won't use you again because you are truly too expensive for us. And the carpets don't look all that much better. But our carpets were 20 years old, and he said up front that he probably couldn't improve them much. and he was right.

Always prompt. The gentlemen who come to do the cleaning are ALWAYS polite and knowledgable about the product and do such a good job cleaning my OLD OLD carpet....always looks new. I have used Zerorez for many years and love, love, love the results!
