The carpet looked great until it dried then the same marks came back. The service guy was very nice and helpful
I tried to get a quote and appt and it took a couple of weeks to get this accomplished.
Then,
we had an appt set for 10:30 - to 11:00, and apparently that did not get scheduled since we called after 12:30 and ya'll had to rush a schedule for later that day.
The last time you cleaned our carpets, the work was very inferior to what you have done in the past. Very 'streaky'.
Easy to work with, arrived within window, worked hard to ensure carpet as clean as possible.
Absolutely love that they can get amazingly goopy stuff out of our carpets!!

Customer Service is fantastic. I love how they can remove pet stains and any bacteria. My favorite thing is that when they are finished, there is NO soapy residue left behind on my hardwoods and tile - it is all clean. My carpets look great and smell clean.

When they cleaned the grout and tile in the kitchen, they left a large scratch on one of my tiles and the grout and tile looked like it had not been cleaned. I reported this and you sent out an senior technician to investigate. He did re-clean the kitchen tile and grout and it looked much better and I was happy with that. However, the scratch was still there. He offered me a bottle of carpet cleaner, but that is not near what the cost of replacing the tile would be. For one thing, the tile and gout has been down for 14 years, so it would be impossible to match. If your willing to make things right, you can come next year in November and clean the same things as this year for free. I spent almost $500.00 this year and they did the same thing last year, only they didn't scratch my tile. Last year everything was great. That's why I called again this year. I'm really disappointed that nothing has been done or anything offered for the scratch. This is why I am only rating recommending to a friend a 4. I also will tell them about the scratch and the fact nothing was offered.
Carpet always looks fresh and clean and new! The service guys are always polite, efficient, and knowledgeable.
The technician was on-time, professional, and helped answer my questions. I also like that he didn't try to sell me lots of extra "add-ons". I hate that. He did accidentally leave three orange "corner protectors" - or whatever those are called. I'm not sure what I should do with them.

The service provided 8/2/13 proved to be very good. I made this second appointment with Zerorez based upon that experience. I felt the tool used to 'agitate' the carpet and then follow up with the wand (can't argue the "empowered water"; but know all carpet cleaners increase the PH, apply hot water and use a suction wand to remove the water) provided excellent results.
This past service there was no additional carpet agitation tool. When I asked about it, the employee indicated he did not have that on the truck. It's only purpose was to "agitate and extract soil from the carpet". Duh.
Well I have cheap old carpet and it really made my caret look better.
I am just first customer and had first service....i am happy with the service provided.
The carpet was cleaned very well but it still takes 24 hours to dry.

Zerorez does not use a lot of chemicals to clean the carpet. Zerorez was on time, even a little early. Tyrone was courteous, efficient and left my carpets in wonderful shape.
Carpet doesn't attract dirt more aggressively after having it professionally cleaned.
