It is very hard to believe that 11 gallons of "Flash" were actually utilized for the very small square footage that it was utilized. At $100 per gallon, I should have watched more carefully and counted. Also, I clearly asked for Scotch Guard protection on three areas not four but when Joe totaled my bill he did not even apologize for charging me for four.

Carpet looks really good but there are still some areas that are a little damp. Carpet was cleaned on 10/28/14.

Letting us know ahead of time the rates for pet carpet cleaning or whatnot instead of waiting for the carpet cleaning person to come over. He first quoted 80 dollars per room and then ended up bringing it down to 40 per room. I didn't do it simply because I felt uncomfortable with there not being a set rate for it and felt hustled.

I was able to get someone out the day I called and the technician was very informed. He did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.

Technician arrived on time. Did a great job explaining the cleaning process and how they worked. The carpet and upholstery looked great when he finished cleaning. The technician was well spoken and very polite. I will certainly use Zerorez for any future cleaning.
