No chemicals-- very safe for children and pets. Your representative, Jason explained what he was doing and showed me results of specific procedure such as balls of cat fur lifted from carpet.

Your carpet cleaning got out spots and the carpet looks new again! We also had our tile done and it looks great! Our island granite countertop was also cleaned as recommended by the Zerorez rep. His name is Fabian and he was very friendly and professional. We will ask for him again!
I need someone to call me - we had our floors cleaned Monday afternoon and are still dealing w/ very damp carpets. I'm concerned that the water was not fully soaked up before the technician left and at this point worry about mildew. We have had our floors cleaned several times and never had this happen. We have had fans on the floor for over 24 hours. I'm sure it's just an equipment error but I need customer service to call with a fix as soon as possible!
