the cleaning process.
We used y'all to clean both sides of my folks duplexes, where they had been hiding animals from us. Your system not only got rid of the stains but the smells too. Which will make renting them a whole lot easier. We are also putting it in people's leases that do have animals and extend their leases beyond a year, that they are required to use y'all in one year to make sure it stays clean.
Service man was very thorough & did a great job
I like the fact there is no residue left in the carpet to attract dirt. I also like the fact that my carpet is sanitized so I don't have to worry about grandchildren/great-grandchildren crawling on the carpet. All of your employees are very courteous and thoughtful. I have never had to "clean up" behind them.
William who came out did a good job, was pleasant and helpful and I think he is an honest employee with helpful hints.

The cleaning is always top notch, but I think the people are what really make your company. Everyone that has ever come out to clean has been awesome, but Kyle went over the top this time to make sure we were happy with the way our tile cleaning came out. I'm amazed at te difference! We never even knew the grout was that color! Gross, but goes to show you how awesome you guys are!
The person that cleaned my carpet was really great. His name is Joe and it
was obvious that he knew what he was doing. He pointed out that I should get
the air ducts cleaned. Great sales person.
However, the supervisor was rude. She was suppose to call me back and I waited
two days and finally I called her. She pointed out that I had ask for a retreat each
time I used Zerorex. I wasn't satisfied with the job. That is your promotional service
to entice people like me to continue to use Zerorex. After talking with the supervisor
I was not planning to use you again, however, after Joe retreated my carpet and
pointed out things I could do, I am going to have the air ducts cleaned.

technicians are very polite and professional. as far as cleaning, getting things out of the carpet it wasn't as good as I was lead to believe.
No chemical residue
Carpets did not come out nearly as clean as I had hoped, especially the stairs which cost the most.
Felt as though our gentlemen tried to up sale treatments that might not have been really necessary.

Did not get my loyalty discount, did not clean tiled area and did not receive advertised gift card. I was emailed a loyalty customer offer and mentioned the offer at time of booking service. Did not receive any of the offer. Very disappointed
Our experience yesterday was a great one. Not only did the do a wonderful job on our floors. They were so polite and wanted me to relax while they worked. I felt confident in the knowledge and expert job the did. The went above what I asked and will be requesting Zerorez again and recommend. They were on time and did a great job done promptly. Again very professional We are very happy with zerorez thank you !
That you don't leave soap in the carpet
Very clean and baby friendly. We just had a baby a week prior to the service and this is the only company we felt safe using.
