Paul the Technician was awesome , but the trainee was making weird comments.. and basically didn’t see him do too much. The mixture from the cleaning was left on the driveway! Fibers and dirt and soap residue, looked like strands of grey filth.

ZeroRez is, and has always been, the best. The only carpet cleaning that does not leave that soapy residue that attracts even more dirt than before. All your techs are superb, but my recent experience with Spencer was outstanding. Terrific guy that REALLY knows his stuff.
Tried to cheat us $200 for a service we did not need and then wrote on our invoice false information.

It might have been helpful if I had some notice re: needing to keep a door open for the cable etc when it was 14 degrees out and that they needed 220 volt outlet.

William did a great job with a challenging area. He came back to reclean the spots in that area that didn't come clean. This time almost all of it is clean.
