You have already said your legal disclaimer for my disappointment in the service. Spots appeared in the carpet and no mention was made that they couldn’t be eliminated.

I had 2 TINY rooms cleaned that are both FULL of furniture and paid $150.00. It couldn't have been more than 6 swipes with a carpet cleaner because there's not much room left with all the furniture. It's a NEW BUILD HOUSE - we moved in 5 months ago. One of pets peed in both rooms. Not a lot - just a little because we rehomed it the second we noticed it. I called today to ask them to reclean one of the rooms b/c it still has a slight smell and they want to charge me $110.00 to come back a week later and reclean a 4 foot space. First of all, I've never paid $150 for 2 tiny rooms - that's the price of an entire house but I thought it was worth it b/c it's a BRAND NEW HOUSE and I wanted to be sure I used a reputable company to make sure it was done correctly. HUGE MISTAKE!!!! I'm not blaming the guy that cleaned my carpet but I am blaming Zero Rez for not coming back out to clean the microscopic area that I paid $150 for.

I think your ads are deceiving and I was surprised that the first total was over 700.00. My carpet in the bedroom looks better but I think it still smells like pee. Your technician left his equipment on our front porch and it was here 12 hours and left a stain on our front porch and even though my husband tried to clean it up it left a stain. I was disappointed that I got 1 carpeted room and 2 rugs for 384.00. I have used you before and was satisfied but not agin.

Our tech was very professional. Explained what needed to be done and went over the treatment process. Friendly and took time to do everything to the highest standard. The carpet looked great and he even got out some tougher spots. I was curious and asked what each machine did/the process. He was happy to explain. Great experience! Will definitely use this company again!
Offer services when a cleaning won’t fix the issue.
Firstly, I just want to say that Jeff really did a great job on the areas that were deep cleaned. He explained step by step what he’s going to do and what he was working with to treat the problem areas that we had. He was very thorough and answered any questions that we had. He was also very efficient at his job and was on time. I would very much recommend this service to family and friends and will be working with them in the future for any touch ups. Thanks again!

However, I would give Alberto a 10 for calling ahead and for initially ensuring that I was left without any worries. I have to give it a 5 now as he told me that I should get the pet treatment to avoid the smells that could come up from not getting this treatment. Nothing was mentioned about 1 versus 2 gallons, only the additional $60 for the pet treatment service which I agreed to in hopes of avoiding a smell. My frustration is with the small that was left and the amount of back-and-forth text arguments I had with the Zerorez customer service. I understand that the waiver I signed says two gallons were declined though not knowing what that means it didn't mean anything to me. Additionally, as the services also noted they are not guaranteed to get rid of stains or smells I am now left with carpet that smells ten times worse than it did before and I have been told that I should have gotten the extra gallon but even if I do it is not guaranteed to get rid of the smell. Not sure why I would do this if this would also not guarantee anything. My best option at this point is to do it myself or just rip out the carpet to get rid of the smell that was left behind after the Zerorez service. I do not recommend this service based on my experience.
