Didn’t clean and left spots on my tile
Very professional service cleaner. Carpet looked good after cleaning.
You advertise a certain price to clean rooms with a discount. The tech comes to your house and tells the customer there is an extra charge for stains, etc. It’s like a salesperson putting pressure on the customer instead of a carpet cleaner.
Your tech was on time. We went over what was needed to get the job done and did a great job cleaning our carpet and tile

The job the tech did was fast. He di it all within a hr. Which was good. The bad thing was once the carpet dried a lot of the stains were still there. I even got the room with extra stuff to clean the stains. I still see the traffic areas spots still there
Technician went to the wrong address, arrived an hour after initial time given. Hoses left a mess on my wood floor. Damage to upstairs wall with hose running along corner.

tech did a great job
It was one tech, his hose was rubbing on my walls. He was not detail oriented. He was doing it as quickly as he could. Carpets were soaked and took over 12 hours to dry. He up charged me for larger rooms such as my master, but I have a big huge cal king bed. He was surely in a hurry and did not do a good job at all. I am very disappointed with my service. He even chipped off a piece of wood from his vacuum stick hitting the baseboard corner. I couldn’t believe how bad the service was.
Shane was early! And done in an hour doing 3 rooms, an area rug, 2 chairs and a sofa!! Thank you!

I live in SC and was scheduling Zerorez for my mother who lives in Texas. The office staff was amazing in helping me to schedule and shared the different options available for service. Once the technician, Julian, arrived onsite, he called me to go over additional treatments needed. He was honest and didn't try to 'sell' me anything. We added additional treatments to take care of pet odors and Julian sent me before/after photos. He treated my mother as if she were his own! The carpets look fantastic and we are all very pleased with Julian as well as Zerorez. We will absolutley use them again as well as recommend them to anyone in the DFW area. THANK YOU!

My quoted price went from less than $200 to $375. I understand the additional $75 for stain removal. Too many extra add on fees. I've used Zero Rez for several cleanings and they always do a good job. However, in my experience, the price is always much more than quote. Also, the technician missed a stained place right under the edge of the bed. Very obvious. I pointed it out and I was basically told I was out of luck. I didn't expect him to clean under the bed. This was right at the edge. The extra $75 was for that particular stain. Very frustrating. Especially when that was the area we needed cleaned.

The men for fine.
I was under the impression that there was a sealant that was going to be put on the grout. I found that out at the end.
Second, there are some grout lines that they seem to have missed. I'm not sure it is worth them coming back, but it didn't all come clean.
Your technician was courteous and efficient. My carpet looks like new.
The technician is very professional, quick, but through. The floors always look great after the work is complete.

Will never use again
I am handicapped and I need a walker to get around. Tech cleaned a throw rug that I did not authorize to be cleaned. I could not leave my room for hours until the throw rug dried because I would slip when I walked over the rug.
I will use Dalworth going forward!
No wonder Bo has to advertise on Good Morning Texas because zerorez will not have repeat business
I had an initial visit which I was not happy with. Within one week, I called to schedule another cleaning, based on the 30-day guarantee. The second cleaning was scheduled and completed to my satisfaction. However, I had to pay the second tech as well. After he left, I contacted you all for a refund, but was told I would receive a call back. I did not receive a call back and have not received a refund. If someone could review this and contact me , that would be perfect. Thank you.
