Technician was very thorough, explained my options and helped me decide the best route for my carpet. All stains were removed and my builder grade carpet looks brand new again!
Your advertisement of one price made me decide to try Zerorez however we ended up paying 3 times as much. Although we did the 3 room special with a hallway, we paid for three rooms and an upstairs which a fee was added for the stairs. The extra added services such as pet treatment increased the price plus we added a rug that had to be cleaned at your facility which brought the price up. I understand added features add cost however I wish I had the price list before the appointment. The tech did not communicate any additional fees.
The couches were left stained like nothing was done to them. I took photos the very next morning to assure everything was “dry”. Very disappointing

Service technician was prompt and polite. However the sofa could have been cleaned better. There were spots he did not remove and told me it was his best job. I was able to remove them with fabric cleaner.

I have used Zerorez several times over the past few years. It is easy to schedule, several reminders were emailed and texted to me, and they called before the cleaner arrived.

My cleaner was super nice and helpful, and the carpet felt wonderful after ! There was a residue on it before but it’s completely gone now. The cleaner even asked if I had more carpeted areas for him to do because he wanted to make sure I was getting my money’s worth! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned

The technology behind the cleaning. My carpets look so refreshed after cleaning. Tristan was very professional but also friendly. The 30-minute call before he arrived was helpful. It would be nice to receive an after-service offer for another (different) type of service like upholstery cleaning. I received an email offer for a great per-room carpet cleaning, but that’s what I had done with this service. A different service would be better used.
He came and WET my carpet in 45 minutes. It was not CLEANED at all.
