The technicians are so knowledgeable and work very hard to make sure you are completely satisfied. This time my technician was Patrick. He seemed determined to keep me a raving fan. He was courteous, conscientious, and professional. I will be asking for Patrick for my future calls to Zerorez. I am your biggest fan!

It cleans SO WELL!!!!!!! My cats and dog can walk on it w/out fear of getting any harmful chemical on their feet. That is the main thing I was looking for in a professional carpet cleaner. Prices are very reasonable and well worth paying more for extra services. Very nice, professional and knowledgable service technician.

I realize we have 2 dogs,of course there will be tracking stains through out our bedrooms, i was sold on your advertisement on KLUV radio with Rebeka Black who talks about her 6 dogs stains and been years since she had her carpets cleaned, there is no mention that you have to pay for extra to apply bacteria solution, which is $75.00 a gallon, regardless of the hard sell that we didn't buy.I feel your technician didn't even make an effort to really clean our 4 bedrooms leaving noticeable stains, not to mention leaving a soaked carpet which we called your office and they had him come back, he didn't even try to appease me by sucking up the excess moisture, he said to keep the ceiling fans on and to turn my air condition down to 6? degrees and that should dry it in 4-6- hours. He didn't mention anything about the gift certificate from Fuller Jewelry store. he did my four bedrooms in 30 minutes.
The carpet looked very clean for about two weeks. Some of the spots reappeared. as time went by more spots reappeared. I do not have any pets or small children. We are careful and clean people, so its not that we walked on the carpet with dirty feet.
I felt pressured into adding more then what I had setup the appointment for.

Joe, the service tech was very professional and friendly. He made sure the job was done right. The other fellow was more of a Salesman and kept trying to sell us things we probably didn't need. We really like to joke

STeem Clean. Altho I am not sure the carpet is as clean as with chemicals.

Poor quality work, excess cost, request more payment to finish the job. Really ! Zerorez =Zero Quality. Your advertising is NOT REFLECT IN YOUR PERFORMANCE. When I pay $3.50 per Sq Foot for cleaning I expect clean, not an obvious line 2, inches around baseboards/walls looking no better than the vacuum job I did!
