Technician was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. My rugs were treated for stains then cleaned. They all successfully disappeared without a trace or odor. My rugs were left smelling fresh and clean.
I paid $300 to clean carpets in a rental home which was horribly soiled by pet urine/feces. It smelled clean after the enzyme treatment, but went back to the horrible smell within hours I wish the tech had just told me he could not save the carpets...I spent $300 for nothing.

I was professionalism your employee demonstrated. He walked through the areas to be cleaned and explained the procedure thoroughly. I didn't move furniture back in place until tonight. I did notice one spot in the den. It has been difficult to try to clean in the past so I'm not sure what it could be. The rest of the carpet looks so much better which makes me very happy!! (This particular area is under a chair.)
Tech came in and immediately started telling me how he is having a bad day and wished it was over. This was said because my neighbor across the street was having zero rez out after mine and I asked if he was doing their house. He said he didn't know. He smelled like smoke too. I'm highly allergic.
I had to leave to pick up kids so one of my neighbors came over to sit at the house. She said he was in the phone the whole time complaining about a job or maybe he was getting fired or something but he was not happy. I then came home.
He was working upstairs so I didn't interact too much. My other neighbors tech showed up before she got back home so he came to see how it was going over here. They went to check something in suction power. I'm not sure what was the deal.
The bill at the end was higher than I thought. 225 vs 185 quote I asked what the charges where and he said he woukd email an invoice but didn't go over it with me. He did kindly clean a small rug for me but charged for 15 stairs and I only have 13. I'm sure that evens out.
I asked about some stains and he said one was a furniture stain. No it was an old stain kid vomit stain. I didn't argue. After the carpets dried it didn't really clean as well on or traffic patterns as I would hope but the carpet is old so we can only get so much better looking.
My neighbors guy was totally different. Apparently he really scrubbed some spots and explained stuff to them. They were very happy. I'm not sure I would use you again unless I had the specific tech. I doubt our guy worked on the one stain. Maybe he did. I can't say for sure. I just knew he wanted to be gone.
We had a deodorizer used in one room because it is where our pets sleep at night. They do not soil it with urine, it just has a slight pet smell. After the carpet dried, we cannot even tell it had been cleaned and deodorized as it still has a slight pet smell. I would just have expected it to smell fresh for longer than a one night length of time.

It was supposed to be $29/room, plus $75 in free upholstery. The total cost was $179. the math was way off, but i was not home and did not want to argue over the phone with your technician why the price was so much higher.
