Our service tech was awesome. He was very polite and worked very hard . I was very impressed with his work ethic and would definitely recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family.

the no soap concept is great as it cuts down on the residue which traps the dirt/soil. The techs are knowledgeable and helped me decide on what treatments would work best for our needs.

Joe Martin was EXCELLENT!!!! He explained every step of the process and went the extra mile in connection with customer service, including telling jokes to my kids. My carpets look fabulous, and Joe was able to remove the only stain in the house, which was a big deal to me, because it was the ONLY stain in the house! This was great work, done by a great technician who is representing a great company.

The spots really do not come back.
The van arrived to clean our home and the tank was filled. The technician had to stop, leave our home, find a place to empty the tank, then return to our home to finish the job. The person on the phone who booked my appointment and the website says it takes about 3 hours to dry and that's not true. It took overnight to dry. Overall, we are pleased with the carpet cleaning though we were not pleased to find that we didn't ALL the dirt out. We have no pets so no biological stains are on our carpets. We thought it would come out. Some of it started to come back through once it dried and that was disappointing.
The technician was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Great job!

Your Technician needs CUSTOMER SERVICE training. He does not know how to inter-act with a client of Zerorez. He did a poor job of carpet cleaning, and he had a bad attitude.

Richardo was very polite and professional ! The products left my carpet clean and smelling great!
First of all I was very clear that I did not want to be upsold. My final bill was more than I had discussed with your phone representative. Furthermore, I paid additional for one room in particular that had candle residue from a smoldering candle, the results in this room were not good despite the technicians efforts. Overall, I felt that Zerorez did a good job. I did not feel that the areas where more money and attention to spots made much difference.
Jaime was so friendly. He came in with a huge smile. He was very detailed on what he was going to do. The floor looks great and fresh.
Was concerned because no Styrofoam barriers were placed under the furniture until I asked for this to be done. Good job cleaning though.
