Harmful chemicals are not used.
The technology, there is nothing else like it and it is the way that carpet should be cleaned to stay clean and not act like a magnet for dirt.
Please inform the customer ahead of time about the charges for putting the stain-protection back onto the carpet, please. That was an unwelcome surprise and I would have been happier if it had been mentioned when I first called.

The technician, Daniel, and his associate were very professional. It was a Last name removed tough job and they got it done without getting beat down and getting in a hurry to finish. If I were to recommend Zerorez I would make sure that they ask for Daniel.

I know my carpets were extremely dirty. The living room looked good after he did it but 2 shadow like spaces appeared after the carpet was fully dry.

Always seems to get the job done well and in a decent time frame

The service provider was in a hurry, did not know what he was at my house to do. Was very upset when areas he missed were pointed out to him. I asked for pet cleaning, he said my room didn't smell like pet odor, didn't apply the treatment and now my room still smells like it did before. I called whom I thought was the manager, turns out it was a dispatcher, when I told them to have the supervisor call me, I've yet to hear back. I'm a single mother with 2 children, I spent hard earned holiday money to have a job done and it was not done satisfactorily. Why has a manager not called me back to right this wrong?
