I was impressed with Miguel who genuinely wanted to help solve our problem which was dog urine in our carpet. He explained everything to us including the price of the services before the job was performed. I was a bit stunned by the price of the services, but now that my carpets are all clean and smell nice, it was worth the investment. I would recommend Zerorez to my friends.
1). Whichever service technician used the bathroom in my daughter's room left a pubic hair on the toilet and multiple urine drips on the floor.
2) When I scheduled the service, I told the reservations clerk that there was puppy urine in two rooms. The clerk still booked the appointment as $99 for 4 rooms, with a $10 fuel charge, and that the technicians could spray for the dog urine. There was absolutely no mention of the $60 up charge per room for the dog urine. Imagine my surprise of going from $110 to $247. That behavior borders on criminal.
The carpet still looks dirty, only now it is a bigger spot than before it was attempted to be cleaned. Also, I was told the carpet would be dry in 6 to 8 hours. It took 2 1/2 DAYS for the carpet to be dry enough to walk on. I expected an additional charge for cleaning extra soiled areas, but I now feel like I was taken advantage of after pay $300 additional dollars and my carpet is still not clean. These type of charges need to be provided to a customer so one knows what to expect.
Cesar was very informative and did a good job. I am disappointed that he had not been made aware of the problems I had encountered with the scheduling ( no show last Wednesday). I'm also disappointed in the misinformation guven to me by the technician that came out to give me an estimate.
Our carpet did not get clean. I need to give you a call, but that is the type of call I hate to make. The first part the technician did to show me a sample of what I could expect was pretty good. The rest of what he did looked like he just quit trying. If a more experienced tech could come and try to clean it and say that indeed he had done all he could do then all I could say is Zerorez cannot clean carpets.
Technicians are always extremely thorough, very pleasant, and the process works.
The way the guys came in and knew their product and how to talk with me about how your system worked. The end results were by far much better than I expected and the carpets and flooring look wonderful.

The no residue cleaning method was preferred by my wife. The technician that came out was professional and explained everything thoroughly before doing anything to the carpets. Carpets came out looking great and smelled good too.
Your products are able to remove spots and stains which seem almost impossible to remove. Your employees are your best selling feature as they are very, very customer friendly--quick and efficient.
They realized they could not do the job without damaging our chairs so they did not do the job. Obviously concerned about our furniture over a check

I listed to the 103.7 ad again today. it said "pretreat, sanitize and clean for $29.99 a room". My cleaner charged me extra ($65 a room extra!!) for pre-treat. I even asked him about it. He told me pre-treat wasn't covered. Additionally, he saw that I had several books on my bookshelf on cancer and tried to sell me a alternative medicine book. Mind your own business. Never got the $50 coupon I was promised or the upholstry cleaning. The cost was much more than I expected.
Representative is courteous and friendly, and carpets stay clean after drying.

in short, I was lied to and believe the radio spot on 1080 am radio is misleading as it refers to zero res getting the toughest pet stains out but nothing about that being an additional cost, the call center rep said nothing about it being additional cost either when I stated we had pet stains, and worst of all, the tech that came out was rude and has zero customer service skills. I will never refer anyone to your company but I will tell absolutely everyone on my facebook, twitter and at AT&T HQ where I work about this experience
the tech did not do what he said he was going to do. if you make a verbal commitment to
someone you should honor what you say.
Quality of carpet cleaning and the gentleman who cleaned our carpet was very professional and nice.
Zerorez was easy to order, had desirable times available, provided an inteligent technician, did hard sell of add-ons, and cleaned my 27 yr old carpet very well as expected, again. The bonus tile cleaning of my front entrance terrazo was also well done.
