The result of the carpet cleaning is fabulous! Your technician arrived on time and was efficient with this time. He was also very respectful and conscientious.
I was going to billed almost $200 for one room that had approx. an 6x5 area that was flash cleaned and topically treated for pet stains. As soon as the "perfume" of the water wore off approx. 10 minutes after the tech left, it smelled almost as bad as before he started. Before he left, I told him I was concerned that there were still yellow stains and you could see them all over the subject area. He said, that's because the fibers are stained but the smell will not be there. Within an hour, the smell as worse and more stains showed up. BY that evening, it was so bad, my daughter has not slept there since. I called in that next morning and talked at length with the customer service person. She was to have a supervisor call me. No call. I called back 4 hours later. No call still. The next morning I cancelled the check. So, I paid a $30 cancellation fee, took 2 hours of my day to get it cleaned, all so that it is worse than prior to the tech showing up.
And, your information on 98.7 FM ads is very misleading. There is no way that the $29 carpet cleaning can even do what they say....make the carpets look new. Even when you flash clean it's bad.
The tech was a nice person, we shared our testimonies, no qualms about him. It was his first day on the job so this is not his issue. Unless of course he was not trained properly.
The carpet still smells horrid one week later and now I have to figure out how I am going to get the stains and smell out.

No disappointment in the quality of the work. Do believe that the $99 per room special should not have been sold without mentioning that an additional $60 per room is required to keep the carpet from stinking as suggested by the tech mission. Would be nice to find a carpet company at some point they did not always upsell.

The serviceman was a professional and very knowledgeable,he was also timely and the carpet has been improved after this cleaning.

The carpets look great. The serviceman was polite and efficient.
I was originally going to just pay $150 for the service but because we had some pet urine stains, the guy talked us into doing a $600 package. He said that the stains should be completely gone and our house will smell fresh and clean. I didn't realize until after the service was done that it wasn't a guaranteed service. Our house still stinks and it might actually smell worst. I can still tell where the stain in the living room was and the hallway still looks dirty. It was definelty not worth what I paid for it. This is the first time we have ever had our carpets cleaned and I am very disappointed.

We have been customers of Zerorez for many years and have had paint, oil and many other stains removed by the fantastic technicians. We have never been disappointed with Zerorez and have recommended them to family and friends.
Your technicians, Chris and Carlos were very professional and courteous! I rate them a 10. They tried extremely hard to gain my complete satisfaction. But as I explained to them, I have had better results with abc chem dry possibly because of the circular scrubber they use.
