Zerorez was able to get some stains out that previously other carpet cleaning services.

I was very happy with Tommy when he was here. He was very helpful and professional. We have used Zerorez about 3 times now and have spent quite a bit of money with your company. There is a spot that needed to be retreated - the original spot that prompted me to call this time. I called today and the rep that I spoke with said I would have to pay a minimum of $109 to have your company back out to retreat that spot. I asked to speak to a manager and he would not acknowledge that I wanted to speak to someone else. He said there was nothing he could do. I have been very happy with my carpet cleaning experience until today. I will not use you again if you do not guarantee your work and I will let everyone know that as well. I am extremely disappointed!
In the past when I've needed an area flashed, the tech has also cleaned the entire room, but not this time. He did clean a few extra trouble spots, but not the entire room.
Jaime, the technician who came to our home was very prompt. After seeing our spaces he explained in detail what he would be doing and also explained about having the extra protector coverage. I was given a total cost of what we needed done before he started. When he finished he asked that I examine each of the areas cleaned. I was extremely pleased with the product and service.
May be the company can give less work loads so that he can spend more time for each customer.
There are no harsh chemicals used. The gentleman that did the carpets was very courteous, respectful and efficient. The carpets were very soiled and they cleaned up very nicely.
The only problem I have had with Zerorez is the cost. Even with a "special offer", the offered price was only for a very specific and very limited area only to find out the cost for anything additional would be significant compared to the "special price. I think it would be more customer friendly if the truth was disclosed for all the cost up front.
Otherwise, the technician did a great job and was very professional and polite.

Crew was very efficient and friendly. Unfortunately after paying for two gallons (at $75/gallon) of your pet odor solution the odor is not completely gone.

I have used Zerorez for years. Received a card in mail stating special. Called, made appointment,and have used them ever since. They first cleaned the 22 year old carpet from my Mother and Daddy's era, and it looked great. Got new carpet 3 years ago, and they will be the only company to clean my carpet. Techs are so professional and respectful. Thanks Zerorez.
