How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The young man that showed up did not look professional . . . hoodie over what looked like a uniform shirt, but no identification he was from Zerorez. Shoes untied. He told me that your company was short on a lot of supplies and that he didn't have any foam lifts to place under furniture. He said he wasn't sure what was going on with your company, but you had been short on quite of bit of supplies lately (again, not very professional representation of your company). When I asked what options I had, he said he could try to clean, but would not be responsible if the carpets were stained due to furniture bleeding on to wet carpets. My husband and I had already moved a large amount of furniture out of the rooms, but with this information I needed to remove several more pieces! The Zerorez employee was not overly enthusiastic of helping me move anything. He would just say . . . "oh, you want that moved too?" I located a few items that could be used as lifts for a small sofa and for the front legs of a piano. As your employee surveyed what needed to be cleaned, he keyed in the info into his personal phone and quoted me an amount. After finishing the cleaning, he upsold me on the protectant, and based on the earlier quote for the cleaning I agreed for the additional. He was not able to do basic math on his own (told me 10% discount on my order was $1, couldn't multiply, etc.) and was having problems keying in the order on his phone, so he called the order in to your office. I was not super comfortable giving him my credit card information when what he was keying into looked like his personal phone. He removed the cover from the phone and tried again, but still no luck getting the order to submit. He said, I really need to get a new cover for "my" phone. When his supervisor returned the amount, it was $30 more than what he had quoted me a few minutes earlier. Your office allotted a measly $10 discount for being out of the foam blocks that were supposed to be provided to protect furniture. Luckily, I did not elect to have the entire house cleaned, because I would not have had any dry place to move furniture to. The carpets looked fine once finished, but with all of this other it made me wonder how well the carpets were actually cleaned. Also, I was supposed to receive a $50 gift card from Fuller's jewelry according to the person I placed the appointment with. When will this be issued?

What do you like about our products and services?

Everything was just as I had heard it would be. The service was good and it was very fast. It did cost more than I expected and one spot of some wax that had dripped on the carpet that I asked about getting removed I didn't notice until after the guy left was still there.

What could we do to improve?

I had heard and read in your ads that the technician would move all the furniture (that was possible) and clean under it. I had to ask him to clean under a chair and assumed he would do the same with the two sofas, which are not that heavy and my husband was here to help.
I guess I will have to specify that the next time.

I am pleased with the results and the professional manner.

My carpets have been trafficked heavily with my three kids. They cleaned up beautifully!
Jaime was very friendly and arrived and worked efficiently. Plus I loved the two room discount!

This is the second time I have used zerorez.
Both times the service man was on time - good
Both times he was able to get out rust stains that another service had not.

My major complaint is that large stains were not gotten out.
The reason I had the carpet cleaned was a large coffee stain. It was only partially removed and is still an eyesore. When ther service man left it was dark, and I could not tell how bad the stain still was. It daylight it is bad. I believe with more effort and the right cleaning agent it could have been made much better.

There is also a bit of an odor after 3 days.

Chris was wonderful. He worked non stop and was eager to completely satisfy. During the final walk thru all looked really good. However, today stains are coming back 1 very large stain that was gone when Chris left. Just disappointed that I will need to call back for rrework. It takes so much time to prepare for service.

We get a good clean. Also, I like the system that lets me know a pretty close timetable to when to expect the servicemen to arrive, followed up by a call that narrows that window. I was impressed with Jonathan & his courtesy & service.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpets looked amazing the first day we had them done. I was so impressed by how courteous and accommodating Adam was, he was so polite! Every spot that was in the carpet before has since come back, and it's a little frustrating that we paid almost $400 for a treatment that you can no longer tell was done. If I had known it wouldn't work, I would have put that $400 toward new floors instead of cleaning the ones we do have.

It turned out to be more expensive than Jody Dean keeps advertising on the radio. I hurt myback moving furniture to get ready for the cleaning.

Your techs have been out twice in the last 8 days, our carpet is still not clean, and the manager who was supposed to call us was apparently in a meeting all day long. Not a very good way of making a very dissatisfied customer happy.
