Quick drying, no chemicals, above average results, good technician
This was the best by far of any carpet cleaning we have ever had done! The gentleman took his time, answered our questions, did not argue the deal on the coupon as others have in the past. We were 100% pleased and not only will we use them again, but also we will recommend them to others! Keep up the good work..............Don't forget our Gift Card to a restaurant! I think it was going to be put in the mail during the month of November!!!!!

On time, communicated well about process and set expectations
The professionalism of the technician and the timely arrival for service. We had not had our carpet cleaned in many years and the cleaning was very effective and it dried quickly.
No bad smell after
I spent $300 and was disappointed to hear I could not get the free upholstery cleaning that was offered with a proton that cost about the same cost. I do not have that many carpeted rod but added a rug and still was refused the free upholstery cleaning. Very disappointed. The tech did a good job.
We like the fact that Zerorez is environment-friendly. Our carpets always look 100% better after they've had your cleaning. The rep seemed genuinely concerned about trying to please us with his efforts. Keep up the good work!

Although we like the job that you do we feel that we were misled and your technician misrepresented the service. A $99 visit turned into a $442 visit. Very disappointing.

The cleaner did a great job. He was very thorough and worked to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Also, since he was late, he cleaned an extra room for us as compensation.
The house smelled strongly of bleach after cleaning
Promptness friendly. Eric was thorough in explaining everything when asked questions. He was happy to listen to recognize our concern for our home and detailed everything for us. His suggestions were backed up with expert advice yet respected our decisions. He went out of his way to help us feel good about our choice. Eric worked hard and we were very pleased with his pride that he takes in his job. We can honestly agree that this was the best choice for our preparation to ready our home for the holidays!
Very disappointing, this is our third time using Zerorez but this time was very disappointing. The office people were not very friendly. Had hard time scheduling, Your office confusion between with our schedule , coupons, etc. But Ken, who did our floors did a very nice work.

Pricing and customer service. Scheduling was difficult. Rep that came was very "questionable" and made my wife very nervous.
The cleaning is deep and no harsh chemicals are used.
I have one issue, however. When the men disconnect their hoses at the truck it appears some of the product spills on my grass. I mentioned it to the workers however they were of the impression nothing spills. I told them it had happened the last 3 times y'all cleaned the carpet and it takes about 3 months for the grass to recover. Sure enough about 3 days after the cleaning the grass began to die at the spot where the hose was connected. Not a lot of damage to the grass but it does leave an unsightly brown spot on my lawn for at least 3 months.
