no one bothered to say that the rugs would be soaked for over 48 hrs. Almost broke my neck slipping on wet bedroom rug. Friend who recommended you said she never had that problem. It was dangerous and they do not put anything down for you to step on

I met with Cesar yesterday to get an estimate. He took all the measurements, and has my email address. He said he would email me the estimate, but I have not received it yet. Why does it take so long?

Wow! Clean feeling all over my house due to Zerorez! Charles was awesome at explaining the step by step process and letting me watch the magic happen! He was thorough in moving any needed items away from the walls to make sure everything sparkled! He listened to my concerns and gave me awesome information to help! From tile to carpet, my house is clean yet chemical free, especially helpful with kids in the house! Such a great feeling after Zerorez's service! :) thank y'all, I will be a comeback customer and recommend y'all to ALL!
