My carpets are clean I'm not sure of the service man name I think

Provide a card with options and prices so that as the technician presents you with options, you will know what they are, what they do and how much they cost.
The tech was great.
The young man did a good job, however, after he left I discovered two incidences of damage to my home:
1. blistering of the paint on my upstairs banister due to ?chemical spill? or ?hot hose run across it?.
2. I assume, in an effort to do something special for me, he tried to clean the oriental rug in my entry hall resulting in streaks and stains.
I need a manager to come out and inspect this damage

Based on the price that was quoted to me by the technician who cleaned my carpet, I believe I was over charged after reviewing the receipt that was emailed to me. I have called twice now about this issue (immediately after I read the receipt yesterday and again today), but both times was told there wasn't a manager available to help me and they would have to get back to me. I am frustrated that I was charged almost $300 more than I should've and no one is available to solve this issue.
The service is always excellent and the products dry faster than any other cleaning companies.

The carpet is very clean and the house smells great. The tech. Also recommend an air filter and we did purchase one. We were very impressed with the tech's that came out. I love the website and was able to quickly set up an appointment.
We will schedule another cleaning next year.

Good quality and friendly/efficient employees. Only issue: though you tell me it should be dry in 4-6 hours, every time I have had it done it takes 24-36 hours to dry completely.
The gentleman represented your company in a very professional manner and would love to have him back if that is possible.its men like him that makes your company reputable.He definately was rated by me a 10+.

Worker cleaning carpet said he can't scrub or brush stain said that he would get N trouble and might damage carpet that was company rules. So I used his brush out of truck and got on my hands and knees w my 3 yr old and worked on stain and removed most of stains. I have 35 houses and was looking for company that was what they marketed
so yr marketing got me once but not again

SERVICE PERSON IMMEDIATELY BEGAN TRYING TO UPSELL US ON EVERYTHING WHICH WAS
VERY ANNOYING. THE BASIC SERVICE THAT WE GOT DID NOT EVEN GET BASIC STAINS UP,
NOT TALKING ABOUT PET URINE OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, THE CARPET OVERALL DID LOOK
A LITTLE BRIGHTER BUT EVERY SINGLE STAIN THAT WE HAD IS STILL THERE. IN HIND SIGHT I
WOULD NEVER PAY 180 DOLLARS FOR THE SERVICE WE HAD. ALSO THE SERVICE PERSON WAS ON HIS
CELL PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME HE WAS CLEANING.
