Came on time, did a very thorough job. The carpet is only a year old, so it was in good shape, but it fluffed up like new! We have an rug in a high traffic area, and it was quote beaten down & stained. The color now pops and it looks like new.

The original technician was ineffective and made assumptions that were not correct. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. It was not until I contacted corporate that something was done to rectify the situation that happened during my carpet cleaning. Bo Hopkins went out of his way to make things right for me. He was, by far, the best and most helpful person I spoke to.

Far less drying time and your flooring is clean when completed. The service was on time and professionally completed with great care being taken to protect walls, corners and furniture during all phases of the job.
Carpets look good
i paid dearly to have my hardwood floors cleaned by Zerorez and they ruined them. I have called several times and was told a supervisor would call me back but that has not happened yet. I am just told she has been in meetings and she will call me back when she has a chance.
Your technician was great. He answered all my questions and informed me of any stains that may or may not come out. I had absolutely no problem with him. I just wonder if there had been a soap component of some sort, if my carpets would have come out a little cleaner. There were just a whole bunch of stains that he could not get out. That said, I am very aware that I had not had my carpets cleaned in years and that probably played a major role in the stains not releasing.
