The non chemical business model. I was very please with technician Eric Stoker. He did an exceptional job and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our carpet and tile before he left. He did an outstanding job and I will request him next time I schedule my service.

The service worker was very nice and competent and I appreciate that however the cost of your service was outrageous. The final cost was approximately $100.00 than the quoted approximate cost.

Great service; responded quickly to sechedule last mintue move out carpet cleaning. Extremely friendly, professional & trust worthy.Highly recommend this company. It's not easy to have your house cleaned from another state. With 1 phone call, everything was taken care of..multiple follow up calls which was great!! Love this company & their amazing service. :0)

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician was very informative and efficient. He walked me through the processes he would take and asked me to inspect along the way. I was concerned about the drying time, but found that the carpet dried quickly.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The man who came to clean the carpet was very nice and seemed to do a thorough job but my carpet looked basically the same. No stains were removed but he said he tried to get them out. The problem was the customer service when I called to ask about the 75 dollar off upholstery cleaning. I was told it would have had to be the same day as the service. Nobody told me that before I had the service. NOBODY. Not the original person I talked to when I scheduled the service, not the cleaning guy. When I told the customer service guy that, he said "Sorry the promotion wasn't fully explained to you." He was also rude when I tried to tell him I wasn't very happy with the service and seemed to be trying to get me off the phone. He was basically like, well those must have been "true stains" and we can't get those out. So I paid hundreds of dollars to have carpet that looks the same and got told too bad so sad when I tried to call about it. It is too late to fix it because I ended up ripping the carpet out and replacing it. I am very disappointed. The radio commercials on KLUV have you believing you can get almost anything out of carpet and that is absolutely not my experience.

There is still a strong smell in my bedroom. I called to ask about getting someone back out to retreat it and was told a manager would call me the next day. I never received a call.

I left the guy to finish and let himself out. All was clean except for stains on living room rug. he charged me an outrageous price and I was not in a position to Email address removed I even had a loyalty reward letter and he didn't leave the steak coupon either.

The person performing the cleaning was very polite and courteous. Our problems appeared afterward. It took longer than I expected for the entire house to dry. But the carpet in our family room was extremely wet and required towels to be put down in several areas. It is still damp in a few areas today and has a horrible soiled mildew odor. The rest of the house is fine, but our family room, where we spend most of our time (and needed cleaning the most), feels even more dirty than before and I am worried that the smell is embedded in the carpet padding and may never go away completely. I don't know what you can do to make things right.

I don't really know about your products, but your offer of services is good, I have used your upholstery cleaning and carpet cleaning. I was not very impressed with the tile cleaning that I had done as a free service with my last visit.

What could we do to improve?

please make sure that when the sales people quote a price, that it is truly the company price. I was surprised that I was quoted incorrectly. When the customer is quoted that is what we should have to pay. I was quoted $30.00 to apply protective spray on my carpet. But when the tech said that that was the price per room, I was taken aback. I was clear about what I wanted and requested a complete price as was going to pay with cash. But I was also told that the tech's could no longer take cash. So I was again blindsided by that. This is not the first time I have used Zerorez, all of the other times I did not have this kind of problem. The company should make sure they quote all of the facts BEFOREthey send out the techs. It would make Zerorez a lot better. Their cleaning is great, what happened to their customer service at the office along with the price quotes??????????
