The house smelled clean once the technician was completed. He was very friendy and very effecient.

Well, after the carpet dried, I noticed some faint "yellow" spots that were not there before; not sure if it was something that was there I never noticed. However, overall, the spots that were the worse, the technicians were able to get them out.

I was overcharged $37.88 as the Hallway linear feet the technician counted was 3 feet too much and I did not get the one free room deducted from the bill. I had 5 rooms and 1 hallway total. Also the hallway was 96 square feet total which was smaller than any room and I was charge $64 (29 linear feet, not 32 as the bill shows) The technician counted 3 linear feet twice.. This hallway pricing was not disclosed to me until after the job was done..
As for the quality of the work, we were please with the result and the technician was very efficient and friendly.
Did a pretty good job. Took great care not to ding my walls with the big hoses. Crew was very polite and courteous. The grout cleaning could definitely improve.
Just love how the carpets feel afterwards, no residue. Timely and courteous! Need I say more!
I thought the price was too high. The carpet - did not look as clean as I though it should. It is light carpet - so might be no one can make it look new - but for sure Zerorez did not. The technician pulled the machine against my kitchen bar and damaged some of the surface/paint on it. My husband did not notice until they left.
Just generally disappointed as my expectations were much higher.
Won't use you again nor would I recommend your service to any of my family/friends.

Still have some spots that I can see. Last time they were erased. Make sure drips from the equipment are cleaned off hard wood floors.
Some of the pet stains didn't come out even though we paid extra for pet stain spray. We had to get them out ourselves.
I had a very good first experience with zerorez. The service tech was on time, called before he arrived to give me notice that he was on his way and was very professional. My service tech was Jay and I would ask for him again by name. He was very polite and helpful and worked hard to make me happy with the results. The carpets were not only clean but came out out soft not stiff and crunchy like other cleaning services leave them. I would definitely recommend this service to friends.
