The name describes the products used. No residue at all. The service was beyond expectations. Your representatives were professional and knowledgeable.

I am always usually very happy with your service but this past weekend we had service and not sure what happened(I wasn't there) we had a stain in my son's room that was only there a week and the technician said he couldn't get it clean because it was there too long, other visits we had stains longer then that and they always came clean and never came back. So i not sure what happened but was disappointed in the way it was handled.

My carpets always look great after they are cleaned. My carpet is relatively old and cleans up looking good.
1. Please put mats on ceramic tile which abuts the carpet. When Zerorez came back on Fri. 31 October to redo a job initially done on Mon. 27 Oct., some cleaning solution got on my ceramic tile in my kitchen. I was not aware that it was slippery, and fell (thankfully, on the carpet, which was softer). I appreciate Austin's concern for my well-being. I was pretty sore then, but worse in the days following. I believe I may have cracked some ribs.
I telephoned Zerorez around the 6th or 7th of November, and the customer service representative said she'd pass this recommendation (for mats) on to the manager for his consideration.
2. Please have open communication with your technicians about payment policies. While I liked Austin and appreciated his congeniality, it seemed to me that there was a discrepancy about the costs for re-doing a cleaning job. There were even-streaks of dirt left after the first carpet cleaning job; Zerorez sent the technician back on Halloween.
Austin explained that the machine wasn't working properly the first time. This seemed reasonable. He did a good job the second time, but then said that we needed a "deep clean." He said he wouldn't charge us extra, but that the next time we call Zerorez, we need to explain to the technician that we need a deep clean and pay him perhaps around $50 more. I told Austin that when Zerorez came to us last year (Nov 2013), the technicians did a good job the first time -- which is why I called Zerorez this year. He noted my use of the plural "technicians" and defended himself as being just the sole technician. However, the two technicians last year did NOT charge me more, for the same work which just Austin did this year.
When I called Zerorez on the 6th or 7th of Nov 2014, I asked about the company's price policy for extra deep cleaning. The representative said that there really isn't a price structure for that, but only for cleaning out difficult spots. She didn't know how much that would be; it would depend on how deep the stain is.
Does Zerorez have a set price schedule which has been fully communicated to both technicians and the customer service department? Perhaps you need to query your employees to make sure that you are all on the same page for the sake of doing a better job representing your company.

By the way, what do you do if a customer gets injured from falling on a wet surface? I'm so thankful my elderly mother (who lives with us) was napping when the cleaning technician was here. After I fell, I immediately got towels to wipe up ceramic tile abuting carpet in various rooms. I'm so glad she didn't fall, but you may want to put mats/towels in those areas for your customers.
Meanwhile, what do you do for customers who fall?
Max was the technician that handled my appointment. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I am recommending Zerorez to all of my friends.

The guy who came out did an excellent job and was very friendly!!! The carpets looked wonderful!
The only negative I have is I received the 29.00 per room special, but would have liked to receive the special with the gift card, but that had to be 4 rooms, even though I had a rug and stairs. It would be nice if that was included as I spent almost $400.00 on the whole service. That was the only disappointing thing.

The house smelled clean, but without a shampoo smell. Most of the visible stains were gone.
No residues or sticky feeling of the carpet when completed, it actually felt clean as well as looked clean.
I think you could be a little more upfront about your actual charges upfront. I ended up spending over $600 for 4 rooms and 2 sofas which I believe to be extremely expensive. Everything looked great but it was way more then what I thought I was going to pay. The initial price for the sofas was double the amount I paid, which makes me wonder what would have happened had I said yes to that price.
Carpet is clean, bright and fluffy. You did a great job! I had a neighbor call to ask about your service and I recommended it. Thanks!
After the carpet guy clean the carpets it still did not look like the carpets have been cleaned they were still dirty and I was very dissatisfied because I paid $150 and my carpets are still dirty. It did not look like they had been cleaned at all.I am very dissatisfied with her company and will not use you again and will not recommend you to anyone.
