Remains cleaner longer than Stanley Steamer
I didn't get the starleen stringer special I asked for. Also i paid 60 bucks for the pet thing and it didn't do squat. The technician was great - great customer service but i received no giftcards or upholstery cleaning
I feel my carpets are really cleaned and they stay that way longer than other companies I have used
With two small grandchildren who visit frequently and with two pets (cat and dog), my carpets are highly stained. However, your process did a very good job of getting the stains or at least making them lighter.
I generally like the service however on my visit Wednesday, the technician hurt his back just before finishing the job. We helped him get to his truck and waited for someone to assist him and finish the job. A supervisor showed up and was asking me what else needed to be done? If he's a supervisor and had talked to the technician, he should have known. He cleaned the small area yet to be done, sprayed on the protectant and left. Before leaving I had asked him to provide a quote for cleaning the tile in the master bath, dining and kitchen areas but we did not get that quote. Also the technician said he was going to rake the carpeted areas he'd cleaned but that was not done either. We left ceiling fans plus the fan on the ac. Upon returning home later that evening, the stairs, master bedroom and part of the living room still was not dry. This is some 6 hours after they left. We still have marks from the equipment used to clean the carpet showing. Our house is up for sale and we thought it would help to get the carpet cleaned however, I'm disappointed in the way it was left by the supervisor. He also tracked the liquid used to apply as protectant all over my wood floor as well as dropping water on the wood floor as he was putting everything back on the truck to leave and did not offer to clean up that mess!!! Very disappointed with this visit but has always been excellent in the past.

Friendly staff. Were there when they said they would be. In and out quickly, but still did a great job!! I have used you before and will continue to do so.
I am not dissapointed. We just haven't received our carpets back yet. Time will tell how you do.
Pet stain removal products seem to work very well. Past technicians and Tyrone this time seem to care about doing a good job; they wanted me to be satisfied.

It was our first time to use your carpet cleaning service. I had such high expectations because of the advertisement which I heard on the radio station (KRLD). I expected the carpet to look like the ad described. However, the first cleaning left the carpet looking like it had been cleaned at all and some areas looked worse than they did before the cleaning. A senior technician came about a week later and recleaned the carpet. He was very professional and courteous and although the carpet still did not look as clean as we had expected, it looked better after the second cleaning.
Also, the first technician cleaned the carpet very, very quickly and did not use some of the equipment and spotters that the senior technician used. He seemed interested in selling other services when he first came to our home. We feel that his demeanor was not as professional as it should have been.
I feel that your advertisement overstates the quality of the cleaning your company provides and really sets the customer up for disappointment when the quality delivered is so low. I also feel that providing more customer service training to your junior technicians would be good.

This is the second time we have chosen to use ZeroRez to clean our carpets in a home with a pet. The first time, the initial cleaning actually amplified the pet oder in the carpet, but you were great about quickly sending someone out to re-clean the carpet more effectively.
This time, we were careful to be very clear about the area of the carpet that needed additional cleaning because of our dog, and the technician was, as always, very cheerful and accommodating (you hire very personable staff, which is great), employing the additional pet cleaning. When he was finished, there was still a faint odor, but he assured us that it would continue to decrease as the carpet dried. However, we are now one week out from the cleaning, and once again, the odor is not in fact better. In fact, it is more noticeable than before we had the carpet cleaned. Last time, when we had a second technician come out to clean our carpet, we did end up paying an additional fee for the more thorough treatment. Given that we were very clear at the outset this time, however, what cleaning we needed, I am not thrilled at the idea of having to pay again for additional cleaning.
If you are able to have someone more effectively clean the affected area, I would probably improve my current impression.
