Technician was very efficient. He did not have the correct tools to remove some paint spots. Carpet was left much improved since it was very dirty with old pet stains and current pet hair. First, I had to reschedule which was easy then I needed it moved earlier in day ON the day of service, & it was easy. Second, Caesar worked with me to accomplish my goals within the budgeted amount. Last, Frank & Patti Reda (KLTY morning show, Frank Reed) are personal friends of mine. I used to work for Patti at The Shepherd's Guide many years ago. They don't know I called & asked for the "KLTY Frank & Starline Special" so I could see for myself if it was as promoted. It was. The end results were fine and were comparable with what we have achieved with previous companies, however, the carpet was very wet for over 24 hours and the cost was substantially higher than other companies we have used.

Carpet looks wonderful. It feels and smells clean. I was contacted by the office to advise me that a technician could arrive earlier than originally scheduled if it was okay with me. I agreed and the technician and his helper arrived as discussed. The technician and helper worked efficiently together to clean the carpet. The technician advised me of restaurant card I would receive and the special upholstery offer. I had two chairs cleaned for the price of one. Not only would I recommend this company to my friends and family, I plan on having an upholstered sofa cleaned before the end of the year.

Respond to previously sent email outlining our issues. Carpets took 2-3 days to dry and now smell like wet towels or damp musty type smell. We are worried of mildew now given the level of dampness

There were several spots that did not come up, and maybe not even pre-treated. We found them the next day after everything had dried and we were ready to move furniture back. I sprayed the spots with cleaner and they came right up, so I know they should have been cleaned in the first place.

The results you get,our carpet is over 20 year and it still looks great!!!
