Very professional offered ways to maintain my beautiful now clean carpet
I was very pleased with the thorough inspection and cleaning. I had many pet stains and the rugs came out beautifully.
Austin was very informative re his service, courteous and very effecient.
The conversation with the initial sales person was not communicated with the technician. He waited for payment when the person I spoke with indicated it would be fine for me to call later that day with the payment over the phone by credit card. The technician would not leave the house until he got payment resulting in distress to my 81 year old mother in law. This was not necessary.

STHIS TIMERVICE PEOPLE AE VERY NICE. I WS GLAD TEY COULD GEGT THE GREASE OUT OF MY CARPET. I WAS SORRY THEY COULD NOT GETG THE TRAK AREAS LOOKING A LITTLE BETTER. LAST TIME THE MANY USED A SPECIAL MACHINE THAT DEEP CLEANED THAT AREA. OTHERWISE ALL WAS FINE.

We selected Zerorez because of the environmentally friendly products that are used. Our technician, Shawn, did an excellent job. The results exceeded our expectations.
That there is no residue or smell. I believe it will stay clean longer. I like to think that with less chemicals in the carpet, there is less chance they might have a negative effect to health in some way. I like that you advertise on radio stations that I listen to and have respect for their integrity. The technician you sent was neat looking, very polite, careful and saw to it I was satisfied with the end result.

Joshua and Chris were very friendly and completely professional. They were on time and performed the work efficiently. It has been about a week since they were here, and none of the stains we had previously have shown back up. I could not have asked for a better result.

The carpet is old. We hope to replace it soon, but I wanted them to look better for the Holidays,if possible. The last few years I have used Dalworth and was not always satisfied.I heard about Zerorez on radio, 1080 and had thought about using your firm. I thought you made have been to expensive. I actually scheduled with Dalworth, and my husband listened to your commercial and he asked me to cancel Dalworth and schedule Zerorez. The carpet looks better than I hoped with the Zerorez cleaning. I am happy we changed.

Punctuality-

There was never a mention of a $10 fuel surcharge when we made the reservation. Your CS supervisor, Ms. Lewis promised to call us back with an explanation but Never did.
We'll go back to using Stanley Steamer if you do not credit the $10.
